The app says it cannot access my confirmed flight for next week. Refreshing and reinstalling ineffective.
iOS 16 BA app suggested it cannot access my upcomingflights, when will this be fixed ?
I was able to log in with British Airways app one time, since then the app will not accept my email log in nor my password; also when I try to get a new password to see if I can get in they will not send password reset to my email address
When I log in to my iphone app, British Airways, 99% of the time it always shows a message, "Sorry, we can't currently show all of your bookings. We're trying to fix this as soon as possible". Why does this happen? What's the point in having the app? It can be very frustrating. Why can't the app work like all the others? I'm catching a flight to Poland next Friday. I hope the app doesn't mess about!
When trying to use the APP on IOS 16.5; when booking the process does not pull my data from my account and add it to the booking and at the ‘pay’ for flight point an error message comes up and says ‘failed to parse response with error’.
Booked flights but wouldn’t allow me to pay with Debit/Credit or PayPal. Tried for 5 days. My Husband tried on his and it went straight through on the same Account. So frustrating as I wished to use my Avios as well
BA app worked fine 4days ago on iPhone with iOS 14. Now app will not accept login, and requests upgrade to ios 16. App says it is compatible with iOS 12. How to resolve?
Hello, I have just checked in via the app for a flight departing tomorrow, the app on my Huawai Andriod 11 phone with the BA logo screen then give a black screen. I have followed the information below, it worked once then crashed again. I have also deleted and re-installed the app. Do you have any other solution please? Thank you, Richard Grant.
If you try to do on line checkin through google- (why not it only asks for booking ref and surname ) and you encounter problems, the program stays running even if you do something else with your phone. If you try again later to checkin on line but you go to the BA app ( manage bookings) i it starts a slightly different version of the on line check in software that’s already running phon(iOS) so you end up running 2 different versions of the same program on one device. The customer then believes that it is they who can’t make the app work until they accidentally switch from using the software started from Google to the software that is already running via the app. What the customer sees is what looks like a badly written app but is actually 2 versions of the same software running at the same time and trying to access the same information at the same time. Eventually if the customer restarts the app, it seems like every thing is working fine except you were not asked for your login and password because you are already logged in to the different version that was started from Google I do not know if you can do the same thing by starting the app twice from the phones front screen icon - by then I had checked in with my boarding pass in the wallet on my phone so at that time I was happy but confused- good luck trying to sort this one out, it looks Like a lot of work to hunt this one down , rob bright, software analyst and quality control consultant
I can log in using my laptop but when I input the same details to log on the BA mobile app I get a "don't recognise" message
Found this on another forum and now my app is working.. Looks like you've disabled apps from tracking. Settings / Privacy / Tracking / turn on "Allow apps to request tracking" When you next open Exec Club you should be prompted with a pop up - press allow and it should work !!
I am trying to purchase through the BA executive club app on IOS. When I click through to the page it says to “allow on settings” then goes to my app settings. I can’t see anywhere to allow in settings. Any help please
Have the app, opens fine. Check-in seems to take me to a web page instead of the app - where I keep getting the ‘open’ pop up to check in on the app. Click that, nothing happens. Open the app and takes me back to the same web page. 🤷🏼♀️
Got flights, prices, fill all info. Can not pay .( flights to tobago W I)
App not working! Tells me to update which can’t happen... Offers me a recent version which refuses to download! I’m travelling in 5 weeks ....I would like the app available to me, thanks
