Trying to book a hotel with my points I get to the payment screen and then it says the booking can't be completed Directs my to look at the FQA for assistance Not working on both app and laptop

I’m trying to add my boarding pass to my Apple wallet and the link won’t work, as in the button does nothing. However every now and then the whole app just crashes when I press the link.

I am trying to book multi-city flights to Australia/Dubai but every time I get to finishing the booking (after chosen my seats) the website does not take me to the final pages to pay and the flights are going up all the time in the last month. I have had to save every penny as my husband cannot come as disabled and I am visiting my son (respite) so you can understand my frustration. Please can you help. Even with the Traveller’s Frequent Flyer number makes no difference as only just joined. Sorry, an error seems to have occurred, and this page cannot be displayed (15012, 23951, 126)
