I have been trying to book a flight. I went provided all information including payment information. I did not receive a confirmation neither by email or text. Your site for customer service is absolutely. Gives me no confidence for booking with your company. HELP. Call me at 860 208 9815. It is now 12:05 AM ET. If you do not call me within an hour I will no longer have anything to do with your company again.

I need help. I cannot login, cannot print my boarding passes. They show my email with an bc address that is TOTALLY NOT MINE. I try to reset password and the link is going elsewhere??? When I try to enter a return date for a round trip the app enters my outbound date and will not allow me to enter a return date. Do I need to do one way outbound then one way return?

iPhone 12 Pro -Breeze login failed. User name: jrd48@redacted Password is via touch finger print. Said something went wrong. Two Factor authentication is required to access this application. To enable this, please contact your system administrator. Does the same thing while signing in on my desktop computer.

This app is ridiculous! I thought it would be as easy as Delta or even Spirit's apps - I've NEVER had a problem pulling up my trips and checking in with those. This Breeze app is telling me that I am not a female and do not have any trips booked. I'm supposed to be flying next week - so guess I'll have to go back to wasting paper by printing out my tickets. Why even bother having this app to download if it doesn't work?!

When booked confirmation V9CENT put in wrong credit card company. Should be Capital One. Not American Express. Correct number and expiration date can’t get into account to change
