Uh oh can’t connect Everything else has internet, no issues no way around this screen. Frustrating UX
ChargePoint App on google phone won't load with a known email and password. I can access the chargepoint username and password with a laptop but app will not access account nor will it send a email to me to reset the password. This sucks. I want my money back.
ChargePoint app cannot locate charger but shows up on the map
Chargepoint home flex app does not work. Had two electricians install new 60 amp 240 volt. When they went to get home flex app to work with home flex charger, the app couldn’t find the flex charger 3 inches away using Bluetooth. Reset app, Bluetooth and reloaded and logged back into app too many times. Called Chargepoint yesterday and were told network is down. Advised to try mating the app to the EVSE again today same result. Chargepoint help today said network still not working. From reading other previous messages Chargepoint seems to have ongoing network issues. I’m about ready to ask for RMA and get refund for their obvious defective product that was purchased directly from Chargepoint.

ChargePoint is having some significant problems beginning a few weeks ago. The mobile app stopped working despite deleting and reinstalling it after nearly an hour on a call with their "help desk." Several days later (12/9/2022 @ 19:20 PST), the ChargePoint website still doesn't function on the mobile app, nor the Safari or Firefox browsers. As a result, I switched to EVgo, which provides multiple high-kW chargers in southern California...reliable thus far and has a very helpful "help desk." Hope this help and best wishes, William
I have reset my charger 4 times , re loaded the app 3 times, strengthen my wifi signal .. rebooted my iphone 3 times And still the chargers point app only states ready for use not plugged in Even thought its plugged in …. Mayne i water my money on this home charger
I am getting Network error in Chargepoint app when I click Home charger. Charger is connected to wifi and shows online in app.

I have nothing but problems with the ChargePoint app. on my Google Pixel 4 Android phone. When I first downloaded it, (about 2-3 months ago) it worked nearly every time, but for some unknown reason, it never allows me to tap against the charging station anymore. My normal workaround is that I use my app and go to recent activity, (if I have used it before) and connect to it because it's in my history. Also what works sometimes (but not every time) is I restart my phone so that the app can renew itself. Simply closing the app does not help. I've noticed that the whole system could use a reboot because I will see several (4-5) unused chargers and there is a waiting list to use them. So I join the waiting list, I become position #1 (because nobody is waiting to charge their ev's) and I wait a minute or two for the system to realize that there is nobody waiting. I get the invitation to use for example station 10. Next I go to the station, tap my phone and nothing happens. I try to use my recent activity and it says the charger is on hold (for me!) So I can't use it until the time for the hold expires. This system really needs an overhaul from my perspective. Then I see others walk up, tap their phones and they charge. No waiting list, just walk up and tap and charge. Why???? So weird.
I was able to fix this by turning off VPN while using the app
I have the same problem.
I downloaded the Chargepoint iOS app but it doesn't work. All I get is a dumb screen that says "Uh oh" - No internet connection. However I am connected and all my other apps are working. Only Chargepoint doesn't work. I deleted the app and re loaded it for the App Store but it made no difference.
