Thermostat not working new one isn’t connecting to relay what do I do
Da circa un mesetto l'app energy Netatmo il termostato e le valvule vengono visualizzate tutte con il ! ,al posto della temperatura e non permette di impostare la temperatura e non funzionano piu neanche con google e alexia mentre sulle singole valvole e termostato funziona tutto normalmente. Ho provato ad distillarle e reinstallare il tutto e anche ricreare un nuovo acconto ma il problema sussiste , vorrei sapere se è dovuto a qualche aggiornamento o problema dell app o oppure a un problema del relè.
2 days ago my Netatmo thermostat isn’t measuring the real temperature, much, much lower, than real and I can’t set, or modify through the app the true room temperature and because of this problem my boiler is heating all the time, can’t sleep at night, must control, stop and control manually, PLEASE HELP
