TeamReach is giving me the message: direct messaging not active, so I cannot send a message to just one member.

How can we delete old messages off the app after event is over,

Messages will not update

I can’t see calendar of some teams.

Cannot create new event on calendar

Direct messaging not working for the entire group

Is there a way to limit the number of RSVP’s on an event?

I have photos from a different team reach appearing in my group for but all of our photos are gone.

My app will not push notifications

The sound on all the videos is not working for me

"New Event" button is only available to leaders. How can we make it so everyone in the group can add New Event?

We are using this app with a group and some members are unable to access their photo library to post pictures. Please help.

My team reach is saying “something went wrong, please try again later” . I typed in my email and password and it still won’t let me login .

Just updated the app and now when I open it all I get is a message saying create a message for the group and a wheel just spins and spins and I can’t access anything else. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing changed.

Trying to join team reach and when I try to join nothing happens. Occasionally I get the error cannot load profile.

Some, but not all Invitees do not show up to approve.

Creating a new event and it is a recurring once a week event. But This does not work and only shows on one day , even though I did click on "recurring event" .. "weekly" ??

TeamReach isn't working properly. All data was lost and then reappeared. The calendar I manage will not allow for a series edit and added the same time/date 3 times for one play. ?????????

I entered our team code and nothing happens

App is not working. Will not update and gives error messages of “something went wrong here”

One of my team members cannot open the app on their iphone. It is an older iphone, is there a certain level phone that it works on? Her software is up to date and she has room on her phone. I tried unistalling and reinstalling and it still did not work. Deb

All messages from today back to April 29 disappeared about 10 am this morning.

The app worked for a few days then stopped. I cannot log in. I just get a "spinning circle" or a note that says "your membership is pending approval." Same issue with my wife's phone. She has a Samsung S8 and I have a Samsung note 20 ultra. When I tried to "rejoin" I got a message saying a user with that email is already registered. The group I'm trying to access is 202212U.
