I just purchased my lights a week ago for under my car. The lights worked fine for the first 2 to 3 days now they’re not coming on nor are they connected to my Bluetooth. Also, I have experienced problems of the buttons being turned off in the app but however, the lights are on and vice versa. I’ve also experienced colors not being correct I actually got pulled over for the car lights being red when I wanted them to be multi-color. Any advice/help anyone? #TIA

my app is working fine but my glow lights on the jeep are not coming on. i have 8 lights and they come on when i turn the key on. i checked all connections and ground and power source. all good. they worked yesterday and now they dont. i bought them a month ago. thanks

There's always one light that will never connect to my phone says the link is broken. It's not even the same one each time but there's always one. Can this be fixed? If so how?

Colors are not right. IE Selecting blue turns the lights green.

I believe that anytime I open the app, it triggers my lights to turn on after a while, even if the app says they are off. The app also doesn’t save my preset colors so I’m constantly having to reset the color for under my car to the color I want it to be every time I reopen the app. All of my music is also not stored on the app for the lights to dance to, which is quite inconvenient.
