I can access my account and see the cash back balance but when try to access "shopping trips" and other drop down options, it bounces me out and requests sign into app again. In a vicious circle. There is no tech help resources. Can view cash back offers at stores however.
You can’t click on ANY store on the App!! It does nothing!
I am having the same problem as another user. When I try to open the app, it just closes out by itself and I can’t get in. I can’t even get in to delete it so so can reinstall. Any ideas?
I keep trying to open the app, and it just exits by itself and will not allow me to open. How to fix this problem?
I'm not able to checkout in the Rakuten app. I can open the store just fine. As soon as I go to my cart or to checkout, the app becomes completely unresponsive. I'm not even able to backtrack to the store's home page.
When I click shop now to go to colourpop.com and get 2% back, I get an error page and colourpop won't open. If I then retype colourpop into the address bar, there's no cash back on my rakuten widget.
Literally can’t even open the app now - it just auto crashes. I’m on iPhone 13. This is ridiculous. I used it for 3 years from 2018-2020 but now it’s just hopeless.
It won't even let me sign up let alone get an account set up with the $20 bonus it promised
When I tried to open to read , it was blacked out.I rebooted it and it was like I was a new customer. I answered all th e questions and came to a Home Screen . I tried to go to home and continue to read the book I was reading and it said I didn’t have any books. I have several books that I purchased and it said I had none
My Rakuten app opens and then immediately closes….been doing this for two days so I am unable to go to any store and therefore cannot make any purchases. What is wrong with it? Why won’t it open and stay open?
Rakuten phone app is glitchy and slow. When you try and select an item to add to your cart the screen is jumpy and the item doesn't want to be selected. And the pages load very slowly.
On my iPhone, app opens and allows me to connect to a store, but then there is only a white screen with the store name at the top and no way to shop. Has been happening since I updated to iOS 16, currently using 16.0.3.
Unable to complete purchases. The app goes to the website selected but then the screen freezes and can't checkout.
This app sucks ask me to change my password but wont let me change it and i am not able to access my account.

It opens fine, but when you select a store, it takes you to bank page and nothing opens. Version 9.3 I believe
