Trouble creating acct. Could using a VPN cause a problem? When I try setting up an acct it asks my phone number and each time I try it shows different one or two digit numbers . I never receive the SMS text for verification. Thx

Hi! I am Mark Lawrence Tamayo A user of Ome.tv. I would just like to report an issue regarding the website Ome.tv. We've been having trouble getting access to it as the website keeps prompting an error message that says " Reload the page or click the "Restart" button." We've been reloading the computer, doing some clear cache in it, restarting the computer but nothing changes. The website still shows the exact same error message. Please help us as we do really enjoy using your app.

I have the same issue a message that said me all time "Click in the button 'refresh' but is not working anything' Maybe i recived a ban by mac? In other PC's is working i cant understand

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent OmeTV app issues:

Force Stop the OmeTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click OmeTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update OmeTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OmeTV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "OmeTV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch OmeTV.

Fix OmeTV unable to contact server/ OmeTV internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click OmeTV » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got OmeTV » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OmeTV on android.
