Why am I getting an error code #004498
App is not working. Was not even aware they do not allow you to use other apps. Never received any indication and I have 12.50 outstanding that I guess now they get to steal from me. Would have loved an email or some type of message. I should think that is only common decency. I was a big fan of the app and was not really a fan of Shopimum but I guess that will change now.

My receipts from earlier this month are processed but I haven't received a pay out since May 26th and I may have violated using Shopmium and coupons.com. I didn’t know that I couldn’t use both. If that is correct, I would like an answer. If so do they give second chances? I loved the app. I would love to try to using it again. I apologize. Please and thank you.
The product that I bought is Osteo Bi-Flex and the app states it no the right product. I believe it is. I purchased this product for Walmart on5/24/23 It states any product from Osteo Bi-Flex and I have that plus my receipt. So I’m lossing out on 5:00! Can you help me with this. The error code popping up for TOS violation is just them making it easier to shut down coupons.com, and the fact that they dont explain exactly what part of the TOS was violated is a dead giveaway, it was a good run

Coupons.com error 4498 means your account has been deactivated for a violation of the Terms of Use.

Been having issues, at first it will say "having difficulties, try again and error #" I tried again yesterday and nothing. I logged out and uninstalledn the app reinstalled and now I can't log in or reset a password. It's still showing app errors and it says try again later. Thank you

Coupons.com has not worked for 4 days. I've cleared my cashe also uninstalled and reinstalled program. Cannot sign in.
I have been doing this again since January I have not received any cash back. For example I just did stuff for yesterday's shopping and it's not even showing it. I am really upset with coupons.com because I have been really doing good with buying stuff that I need that is able to give me cash back and I've been told that they're not going to give me my cash back because it's not going to show in my account
The email address on my account is correct but I continue to receive newsletter and coupons to my old email address. I have tried numerous times to correct this issue as I want to close my old address but nothing seems to work.
