I did some googling and found this page where others are having the same problem as me. Drop appears as if it's gonna open, but then just disappears back to my home screen. Can't even do my Tuesday spin. Been like this for weeks now. Come on Drop! How can I redeem my points now?
Since the most recent update of the Drop app, it will not open properly. The app flashes on the screen and immediately disappears. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, all the usual fixes, but nothing works. I found this website on a search and see that many others have the same problem.
Drop all on my phone opens then closes immediately. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and tried updated on my phone but nothing seems to help. It seems to be app issue not a phone issue. When will this be fixed? I have points I would like to redeem and reconnect the offers to my cards on file. Please help
