Update Checkout 51 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Checkout 51 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Checkout 51 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Checkout 51 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Checkout 51 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Checkout 51 » click [Force Stop]

Update Checkout 51 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Checkout 51 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Checkout 51 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Checkout 51.

Fix Checkout 51 unable to contact server/ Checkout 51 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Checkout 51 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Checkout 51 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
