The first time I used DreamFace I made a photo of 4 people all sing. Ever since, if I pick a photo with more than 1 person, the app tells me to pick a photo with 1 face. How do I resolve this issue?

When I send DreamFace animated videos to friends via text message, often times recipients, mostly using iPhone, do not receive the video. Some don't receive the video by email either. Why is this happening?
