Ibotta Status

Since Feb 1,2025 no money has been added to my account when I shop at Walmart and get right items

Play store said it won't work on my phone. Is there another way? I would love to have ibotta

My account what's telling me to retry but when I push the retry button to open it it's showing me a rocket with an x on the side

The app is working fine except I have been trying to link my Giant Eagle advantage card with ibotta and all it says is "problem with getting your information. I have the latest update, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my apple iphone has an IOS of 16.3.1. I have been trying for 2 days. I realize I can take a pic of my receipts, but they are so long and on an iphone its just ridiculous.....

You have a coupon 5.00 off 2 Finish Quantum 15 count only. I added it went to walmart and purchased the items when I got back home ready to scan the receipt it was gone the only thing it gave me was the 1.25 coupon.

My app works however sometimes it says I recieved cash back from Walmart recently but then it reverses . Also I check to clip a coupon and it will not allow that either

Ibotta is not working. All day long it hasn’t let me on and says we’re having trouble connecting.

Hello, I have been having issues with my Ibotta account for over a month. I have sent numerous messages with no help. My issue is with the local store in Texas, HEB. The HEB grocery store is no longer listed under stores. I only have access to it because I saved it in favorites. When I click on the rebates under HEB it does not show the store listed on any of the rebates even though I am in HEB. I have the latest version of the app 6.151.1. I have also not received any bonuses in a while. I'm not the only one having this issue, my daughter and friends have the same issue. Hope this comment will get me help

I accidentally uninstalled my iobotta app and can't get it back it's says my device won't take that version on my tablet

Ibotta not connecting when trying to open shopping list or when redeeming a receipt.

App hasn’t worked for months. Updating doesn’t make any difference. Incredibly frustrating.

App will not open. I have unistalled and reinstalled. Still not working.

I forgot my password after being told to log out and now I can't log in. I have requested several times for a link to reset the password but get no answer back addressing this problem.

I cannot login to my Ibotta account. Every time I put in my email and password it takes me to a white page saying webpage is not available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, but nothing is working. Please help!

Constantly getting "trouble connecting" for days. Rebooted phone, cleared cache, updated app. Still problems.

The app will not work, says "sorry there was a problem". Hasn't worked in weeks. I have money on the account, I hope it won't be lost.

I've been unable to log-in for over a week. I contacted help desk and was told they would look into it, but still no luck. I was told over a week ago that I had to sign back in, and it hasn't worked since.

I had to go back in after updating app and my earnings and history are gone, too.
