The app is working fine except I have been trying to link my Giant Eagle advantage card with ibotta and all it says is "problem with getting your information. I have the latest update, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my apple iphone has an IOS of 16.3.1. I have been trying for 2 days. I realize I can take a pic of my receipts, but they are so long and on an iphone its just ridiculous.....
You have a coupon 5.00 off 2 Finish Quantum 15 count only. I added it went to walmart and purchased the items when I got back home ready to scan the receipt it was gone the only thing it gave me was the 1.25 coupon.
My app works however sometimes it says I recieved cash back from Walmart recently but then it reverses . Also I check to clip a coupon and it will not allow that either

Hello, I have been having issues with my Ibotta account for over a month. I have sent numerous messages with no help. My issue is with the local store in Texas, HEB. The HEB grocery store is no longer listed under stores. I only have access to it because I saved it in favorites. When I click on the rebates under HEB it does not show the store listed on any of the rebates even though I am in HEB. I have the latest version of the app 6.151.1. I have also not received any bonuses in a while. I'm not the only one having this issue, my daughter and friends have the same issue. Hope this comment will get me help
I accidentally uninstalled my iobotta app and can't get it back it's says my device won't take that version on my tablet
