Everything is still processing. Maybe it doesn't work with a Dasher direct Visa card or Google pay. If it's not one of those I don't know, I didn't understand this YouTube video I don't understand what's right here, I saw a demonstration of how I'm supposed to press a button and check the server status and when I press it it took me here. I had around $50 in my piggy bank. When I used the. App a couple of days ago I was asked to give credit card info, that had already been in the App. Then I got a message welcoming me as a new customer and my piggy bank started at $0.How do I retrieve my previous account?

My husband's account is white screen with 3 logos on the bottom. The only way he can get back into upside is start all over. We own a small business and he drives a lot, to say he's not happy about the savings he's lost is an understatement.

Last 5 times used Upside at my grocery store (Schnucks)…claimed offer, checked in & selected my credit card (touched home button)…received email from Upside saying they’re processing….several days later, receive email saying didn’t get cash back ( they couldn’t match receipt/purchase). I sent copies of receipts….still haven’t received cash back! Don’t know what the problem is & have become quite frustrated. Upside just not working as advertised!

Everytime I've tried to use upside it comes back later saying "no proff of purchase" and I've never got the cub foods receipt to ever work. My wife and several friends have had the same problem. Nothing has worked since the getupside changed to upside. Very frustrating may have to look for another app

Last two attempts to use, I have claimed offer and tells me how long I have to use it but doesn't let me checkin or go any further.
Last 3 gasoline purchases continue to process? 1 purchase is at 9 days, the other 2 are at day 4 and 5. My partner just had the same experience. Claimed offer, checked in, used card in wallet and stumped why? No issues until the now.
Tried to update app, couldn't update. Deleted and trying to reinstall app and app will not load at all. The "circle" just continues to spin.
