I have been trying for days to reconnect Amazon. The page freezes on Step 1 and I have to totally close the app as the arrow back doesn't work either. I have been working with Chris at Coinout and followed all his instructions. Nothing works.

When I try t relink my amazon account it says my username and password aren’t correct. But I can use the same username and password to get into amazon, so I know it’s correct.

Hi for the past 3-4 weeks I haven't been receiving points for receipts I've scanned, now the 13250 points I had are just completely gone!! Glitches like this are completely ridiculous, if it's not fixed and I don't receive points for all the receipts that didn't work im not using the app anymore as well as telling EVERYONE I know in person and social media just how trash this app is and they shouldn't use it either!!!!

For months, I have not been able to reconnect my Amazon account, and the two step verification page throws an error.

Coin Out will not upload my Amazon account. This has been happening for days.

Whatever open app it closes can't do anything as soon as I open it goes back to my phone screen like I never opened I can't do anything for the few seconds I can get on before it zapps off please help

My amazon account has been connected for over a year and now al of a sudden it wont let me connect it. My password is correct but the message I keep getting is there is a problem connecting your account please try again later

Won't download orders for the last 3 days!

Coin out is messed up! I had the status before diamond now it took me all the way back to bronze. I can't reconnect my email. It says my password is wrong. I know it's not the wrong password.

Tried all day to connect to Walmart. Tried clearing cache and data, now it will not reconnect at all. Amazon and email working fine with connection, but it won't do Walmart.

Coinout won't let me reconnect my WalMart account. It keeps disconnecting and now won't reconnect. I've tried several times and it won't work.

I tried to reconnect the app to my Yahoo e-mail and it refuses to recognize and keep CoinOut in the box after I choose "Other Apps." So, I tried linking it to my Gmail account and the registration page is frozen. I cannot scroll down to hit the next button and proceed after I enter my e-mail address and password. This is getting truly frustrating.

Trying to scan receipts the app will take the picture but when i go to submit the photo, it thinks for a long time then says "timed out" i go to my reseipt history and it is not displayed. This has been going on now for 2 days.

My Amazon account won’t connect to coin out. I had no prob connecting it b4. It takes me to my order page N It just sits there. So I close it open it again, N the same thing happens. Another thing is, I see the msg. Where it says don’t be alarmed I will receive an email from Amazon. Well I have my Amazon account with my phone #. So what email. How the heck can Amazon email me, when I never used my email to set up my account. N lately my Amazon, N Walmart account won’t stay connected. I have to constantly reconnect them Which is frustrating N annoying. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I have all these orders I would like cash back, but cant. Since Amazon won’t connect. I had to connect my Walmart account to. But I was able to do that.

Has been timing out for days now

My coin out app has not worked for 2 days now. It just keeps circling around. What can I do to get this working?

Basically I am receiving a message which states that I am not connected to the Internet which is not true. All my other apps on the phone are working.
