Getting system error when I open app

I am a long time fuel rewards member and just updated the app on my phone. Unable to login without getting an unspecified system error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and that does not fix the issue. The app is unusable also gives me an issue if I wanted to add a payment method to earn rewards I get the error that I already have a session started

When I try logging in using the app, I get a systems error and cannot login.

I submitted a message last week through the app and again today but not confident it was ever received. I have issues with fuel rewards and need your help fixing these issues: 1) I should have multiple transactions in my account but I only see two for the last year. This is very clearly wrong. Can you fix it so I can see prior transactions? 2) I just recently (in last month) linked my American Airlines account to earn points. Since I linked the accounts I have filed up twice and don’t see the transactions on my log in the fuel rewards app and I don’t see miles earned through American airlines. It’s small but it’s incredibly frustrating. I have exclusively filled up at shells for a year thinking I was getting a benefit but doesn’t seem like I have. If you can switch I’ll move my loyalty to Exxon. Can you fix both these issues?

Trying to add T Mobile Fuel Rewards to app, unable to log into FR app. Getting error message, my wife if getting the same error

I used to love your app. Now since I linked my gas Buddy to my account I keep getting errors, and it's locked me out on my T-Mobile Tuesday's too. I don't see you responding to any of these comments so, I'm guessing you don't care about your customers...

Trying to add Tmobile Tuesday code and I'm unable to login to fuel rewards to add the code receiving error message this morning.

I downloaded app and it turns on, but NO keyboard appears to log in. I tried several installs and reinstalls with the same result. Also restarted the phone each time. Also, no keyboard appears if you try to join. I tried that each time too.

I have had no problem adding my Tuesdays rewards to Fuel Rewards til yesterday. I have logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled and I still get the same message: ERROR SYSTEM ERROR. I can't even log in now cuz that messagekeeps popping up. What is going on?

I want to deactivate my old card. It stopped working. Before I activate my new card I want my ex and her son off my card. They just enter my phone number at the pump. I want this to stop what do I do? SC

Alright, as soon as I turned off my VPN express, the app worked on my iPhone and also no more not connected to the internet on my MacBook. So check your VPN's because after turning that off, it worked fine.

I feel like fuel rewards don't want T-Mobile customers to use the fuel rewards on T-Mobile Tuesdays. whenever I try to log in after Tuesday I have no issues. but never when I try to add my discount code on Tuesdays.

Website does not respond after entering login info. This has been happening for the last five days.

I stopped at Shell last night to receive the .20 off a gallon and the screen said .05 discount. We left and got gas elsewhere. Why didn't we receive the discount when I activated the reward days before?

I tried using my rewards card at the pump and nothing happen. my card number is: 6051450000702163918. the total amount is $47.60 on Saturday 06/18/2022 at SHELL 2180 Tom Starling Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306.

The Fuel Rewards app stopped working on my Samsung phone months ago. After uninstalling and reinstalling several times it still won't work, so I tried loading it onto my husband's Iphone which also has the same issue/problem.

Same as everyone. The app opens and just stays at the loading screen. I can't add my T-Mobile Tuesday 10c off. Please fix this, come on it's Tuesday! and gas prices are too dang high.

Same issues as others. App opens and immediately closes. Uninstall and reinstall did not help.

Ever since last update on Galaxy S20+/Android 12, app crashes right at launch even after clearing data and reinstalling.

After installing the latest Android security patch, the app just opens and then closes right back out. No way to add T-Mobile rewards or even view current status.

Andorid - mobile app not working. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app, all it does is just sets at the home screen.
