Hello. I have been using Klover for a while and at first I had no problems. Lately nothing updates. I have updated the app in the App Store but when I go to do the bonus points like watching ads and doing surveys. It does not log them and my advance amount keeps changing. One minute it will tell me I am approved for 80$ and then two minutes later it drops to 40$. When I watch an ad I do not get the points. When I add a receipt I get error messages telling me they are unable to refresh my data snd I have to contact support. However when I contact support I get no response. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Also when I scan receipts it tells me it appears it is not off my primary account. I only have one account I use so it is always from my primary account. I am not sure how to fix all these problems but it is very frustrating.
Hello. Each time i try to log on the Klover app, it tells me my password is incorrect. Maybe i entered it wrong, so i request forgot password and try to make a new one. And every time it will not allow me to click the button to save that new password. Please help
