How to fix Spreadsheets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spreadsheets app on iPhone
Update Spreadsheets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spreadsheets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spreadsheets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spreadsheets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spreadsheets Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spreadsheets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spreadsheets App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spreadsheets » click [Force Stop]

Update Spreadsheets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spreadsheets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spreadsheets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spreadsheets.

Fix Spreadsheets unable to contact server/ Spreadsheets internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spreadsheets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spreadsheets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
