How to fix Shopify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shopify app on iPhone
Update Shopify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shopify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shopify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shopify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Shopify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Shopify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Shopify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shopify » click [Force Stop]

Update Shopify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shopify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shopify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shopify.

Fix Shopify unable to contact server/ Shopify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shopify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shopify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
