How to fix AmazTools app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AmazTools app on iPhone
Update AmazTools app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AmazTools iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AmazTools on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AmazTools network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AmazTools Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AmazTools not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AmazTools App
1. On android, goto Settings » AmazTools » click [Force Stop]

Update AmazTools to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AmazTools App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AmazTools » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AmazTools.

Fix AmazTools unable to contact server/ AmazTools internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AmazTools » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AmazTools » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AmazTools
