Buenas tardes,la aplicación me da problemas a la hora de descargar las esferas de Amazfaces. Pone error en un cartel rojo, tengo un iPhone 14 y un reloj Amazfit trex pro. Muchas gracias

I am facing a big problem. When i try to download faces for mi 6 band. Amaz tools shows me authentication error. How i recover this? Please help me.
