8 Ball Pool Status

Playing for several years. Occasionally when you lock onto your shot and start to pull cue stick back it shoots by itself causing the wrong speed and missed shots because the ball is not hit hard enough. Other times when you try to lock onto your shot it refuses to do so. At such times you cannot take your preferred shot. If you are shooting the 8 ball you are screwed. Lastly I like to collect the tokens every 4 hours. If I am away from my laptop I can access the pool room on my Amazon Fire. I cannot play the game on it but I can get the 250 tokens every 4 hours. However, if I forget to delete it from my Amazon Fire afterward and later go back to my laptop and play pool for 2 or 3 days I can gain a few thousand tokens. Later on if I go back to my Amazon Fire and turn it on the pool room is the first thing that shows up. Unfortunately the number of tokens has not updated. It shows the tokens as they were earlier. Then when you go back to playing on the laptop you have the lesser amount that the Amazon device showed. This happened to me twice. I lost about 1500 the first time and this morning I went backward about 3500. Fix these annoying glitches please!

I use the desktop version of 8 ball via the amazon app store which requires windows 11. I am currently running windows 11 and the issue I am having is that I can't update the app through amazon app store.

I play 8 ball pool every day there is no problem with my Internet I press to play the game I'm on then it kicks off this is happening a lot lately its like it does not want me to play please help

Game keeps backing out. Whether I play once or play a friend 20. Then on the 1 on 1 and you want to.play again it backs.out. doesn't give you time.to.add again if you wanted to

Hi, My 8 ball pool works fine aPART FROM WHEN I GET A FREE SHOT .. tHEN THE CUE GOES in WHITe CIRCLES AND DOES NOT ALLOW THE BALL TO BE played until the time runs out. This means the opponent can make a mistake but will get a free shot out it .. is there anything i can do.?

I love this game, however, it has recently stopped working . For some reason, it no longer allows me to complete ongoing games. when I complete my shot it hangs when trying to send the game status to other players .

Game freeze after break..

i will get in line! same exact issues as previously stated, receive messenger request, tap to play, opens up to pool table, my break, pull back stick and it freezes however sound is active, or play my turn out sending shot, game freezes! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled fb, messenger, 8ball pool app reinstall everything, NOTHING WORKS! PLEASE HELP!

Same problem as others that posted recently..game freezes on "sending shot." Also pull back on cue and shoot when challenging, then nothing happens. Tried uninstall/reinstall fb, messenger, and 8 ball pool app, updated phone software and apps. My friend and I cannot play each other or anyone else. We've been playing for years. This all started at the beginning of Oct. 2022. I've seen other similar posts but no solutions. Please help

The Facebook gaming version locks up. When I try to respond to an active game, it presents a full rack, not the active game. So, I thought let me break, then I would pull back the cue stick to break, and let go, it freezes. I have to exit the game from the top right. Essentially, it will now allow me to play against anyone. This occurs in Facebook while using my iPhone, Android, or accessing Facebook using a browser when using a computer. It must be something specific to my account. I know of one other user that it's occurring to, but not to anyone else I know of. Any thoughts why this may be occurring to my account?

Keeps freezing up at break

I am having all of the well described issues that Matthew below has written, along with a few more. If the other player starts, they’re cute looks disjointed. All of my attempted cube brakes are piling up as attempted games on my friends screens. I’m not receiving there playbacks. It’s been happening for about a week. Tried many ways after reinstalling FB & hard restarts on the iPhones: iPhone 11 Max Pro in the regular FB app, FB via Safari on iPhones, FB app on iPhone X, FB app on iPhone 7, downloaded the FB Gaming app to even try that (I can’t get the game to load there) “A few days ago using the Pool game through Messenger, on my iPhone13 or on my Macbook Air, I can't move the cue ball to break, and if I try and break, the cue pulls back and freezes. I have the exact same problem described by Matthew on Oct 3, 2022. I open the app but I can't move the Q ball before breaking. When I try to break the game freezes up when I release the cue control.

In 8 Ball Pool my cue stick does not work. It will not shoot.

Game opens then goes straight back to home screen! Very frustrating.

Installed 8 ball pool on my iPad. When I click on it the screen goes black

I keep trying to step up to a new table. It chooses and opponent, takes my 250.000 chips then throws me to the main menu and doesnt give me my chips back. I'm really happy with the app apart from this issue as it's done it several times to me now and it takes time and effort to build chips back up for it to do it again. Nick

Game crashing making me lose games

Loads up, soon as i go to play game it goes back to home screen on tablet.happens constanley also mid way through games which means i lose the game.

Game is constantly crashing. It has trouble finding videos for rewards. Will crash half way through. Game runs very slow. All other games run well and Internet is on fast speed with low jitter. This has made Game unplayable over last few weeks.

Every time it opens it goes back to home screen. On the odd time it stays on it crashes during game.

Hi i am using a galaxy tablet and i have 8 ball pool but as soon as i go to play it just goes back to the home screen , i have uninstalled and reinstalled ,even tutned of the modem and back on still not working

It's been some time now I have tried uninstalling and installing again everything when I click play with Facebook most times it dosent even load or if it does after being on load screen for so long it goes into the game and after about a min or two it leaves n just goes back to my home screen
