cannot sign up will not accept my information
The HEB web site will not accept addition of any single item to my cart. I can access my account and call up previous orders. I call call up any single item from that order but site will no acknowledge adding item to new order. It has been this way for 10 days. Have not been able to get thru to IT group. Will take my business to other grocery companies if no response.
There is a conflict with your cart. How do I solve this so I can order?
The HEB website at the office, on my cell phone (Samsung), and the app on my cell phone (using chrome and edge) give me this: Access Denied Error 15 accounts.hed.com THE DATE THE TIME UTC What happened? This request was blocked by our security service
After I choose my pickup time and hit continue I get this message "something went wrong there is a conflict with your cart"

new My HEB app does not work. I was instructed in an email from HEB that the HEB Rx app was merging and to use my the login info from the old HEB Rx It does not work!!!!
I can’t complete my order. It says can’t process payment at this time. They also don’t support capital one bank. I called the 800 number he said he would call me back. Never did so I called back he said it was a bank issue so I called my bank they said no problem here. I called a supervisor she never called me back.

My account isn’t working can’t check out
I can make a grocery order, select a curbside time, but cannot check out. My account info says “insufficient permissions”. No previous orders are available
App doesn’t accept my payment. Keeps saying I need to add one but it’s been added and selected.
Wont accept my card for payment
The ADD TO LIST function no longer allows me to add items to any of my lists. Nor can I open my lists.

I have the My H‑E‑B app loaded on my phone. I’ve never had issues with it but this week it gives me an error message and won’t let me login. I’m using an iPhone 11
