When I load navily it goes to offline mode. How do I go to ONLINE MODE?

When I turn on it says that I have no off line data and must connect to the Internet, when ,I am already connected ?

I’ve just upgraded to premium but the Navily score feature is not working saying it cannot access the weather to determine the acire

Force Stop the Navily App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Navily app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Navily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navily App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Navily app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Navily.
