How to fix Navily app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Navily app on iPhone
Update Navily app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Navily iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Navily on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Navily network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Navily Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Navily not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Navily App
1. On android, goto Settings » Navily » click [Force Stop]

Update Navily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navily App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Navily » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Navily.

Fix Navily unable to contact server/ Navily internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Navily » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Navily » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Navily
