I really and truly enjoyed AcornCasino I like the games I had no issues until I won about $80 and now I can’t get it to let me redeem. It says that I need an email verification link I send that I put in the number and it says verification error. I have sent several messages through the customer support chat no responses sent screenshots. Just tried it again today sent screenshots and I got a message back saying it’s the weekend they don’t work on the weekend. Apparently they don’t work during the week either. If they take the money out of your PayPal within seconds, why can’t they just send the money back to your PayPal the same way I’m starting to believe this is a scam and I am screwed out of that money. Hopefully that is not the case. Hopefully someone will contact me and get this worked out.

I have been playing for three days. Have initiated about 8 withdrawals over the holiday. I received an auto reply by email stating they are on weekend. Hopefully Monday my PayPal withdraw should finish and go through. Deposits clear. Theres even blackjack. Make a nice acquisition. No withdrawl cleared as of yet. Best casino game I’ve played hands down. It’s very fair and easy to cash out. However, the free bonus spins always glitch and you are unable to receive your prize and have to close AcornCasino . Hope they can fix this but it won’t stop me from playing.

I was skeptical that I would win anything playing this but I’ve won $120 now and I only put in $4. I don’t play this with the anticipation of winning, I just like the excitement of playing. I found AcornCasino and downloaded it and it was claiming that it allows you to play for real money however I cannot seem to see where that is. I get stuck In the games and daily bonus pages because it is not formatted where it shows the back button or just freezes and on top of it I tried to play for three days and tried a bunch of the slots and none would pay nearly anything back so I just drained my coin balance in a matter of a few spins. No surprise another game lies about everything. Did I go in expecting what all those stupid, poorly acted, low production value (no budget, I’ve seen adult films with less work still have a higher production value) annoying ads? No. Did I think that maybe I could work in my downtime to make a few bucks a week? Plausible. Games like these people either paid, volunteered or somehow coerced always have five stars reviews even though they all say the same “still waiting on my deposit” or “I haven’t gotten paid yet but I’m still playing 5/5!”

It good and all but when I withdraw the money I worked so hard to get $15 and now they are waiting for a review like I sent one already…I thought this instant withdrawal apparently it’s not I’m still waiting for the money to be sent to my PayPal. Please Sent the money to my account!

I finally received my cash out after more than a week and they sent me an email back saying that they were extremely backed up on withdrawals and the same night that they sent me the email I received all four of my big withdrawals to my PayPal . it’s legit it just takes more than they said when you cash out which is one to three days.

I’ve withdrew a couple of times and received in a day or 2. But they were about $5 to $10. I’ve been waiting for my other withdrawal for 5 days now and this one was a very big win of $700. I’m hoping I do get this. I will updates whenever I receive.

I won 5$ on the lucky wheel then won 5$ more on slots. Then when I went to cash out the 10$ it failed the first time and they put the 10$ back and said redemption fail now im trying it for the second time and it’s been 3 days and they still haven’t sent the 10$ I’ll give them one last shot if this redemption fails again then AcornCasino gets deleted and i didnt spend a dime on AcornCasino btw and I never will.

I try to get help from the only contact I have which is by email about my withdrawal request I did not receive any of them. They’re over 15 request. They did not respond almost 3 days now. And I have no idea what I have to do about I don’t know if they have a phone number the first two withdrawal request. Tried to cashout $5 and waited for a week, AcornCasino said failed because the information is inconsistent ( all information is correct, they need you to verify the information through email before it can be successfully entered to your app account. Emailed customer service and get a auto response saying they do not work on weekend….( that day is a weekday). Waited 10 days and never get any response. Send another message few days ago and still no response. So, I waited more than 20 days in order to cash out $5 with no success, no response. Don’t waste your time and money on this game, it is totally a scam. People who CLAIMED that they receive money are all fake review. I have now made two minuscule payouts that I did receive in a matter of 24 hours. I’m so over this game in the beginning it good and you win. Then win you get to a higher level you stop winning. It does pay out not instantly but in 24 hours. I downloaded AcornCasino like two weeks ago but just used it three days ago. I literally deposited only $7 and started using the hot slots and betting only 10 cents. After about an hour I ended up winning $110 and then cashed out. I received the payment the next day but the fee was 1% of the winnings which is fair. Overall a solid app but it is gambling so if your going to risk it then play as if your just spending the money without thinking about winning or your just making yourself mad if you lose.

I was skeptical at first, but this is truly a real app that pays out when you win. Most of the time once you will receive your winnings with 24hrs once you redeem. There was a hiccup once where a bigger pay out for me took 48hrs.

Only complaint I have is the customer service. I emailed and message directly on AcornCasino and got ZERO replies.

I received several deposits without a problem. Then two weeks ago two deposits didn’t arrive. It took a week to hear back from customer service asking me to verify my account again. Now I received an email stating they wouldn’t release the money due to inconsistency. There was no issue the first ten deposits and certainly no problems accepting my payments. I don’t understand why AcornCasino hasn’t been taken down yet. If you win too much they cut you off.

I understand that they may need a copy of your ID to verify age, but it goes as far as scanning your face and everything, which I would find concerning. Why do they need to scan your face? They have this facial thing pop up and you have to rotate your head just like when you set up for phone for facial recognition. You should not need this if you have a picture of my ID. So now I can’t withdrawal my winnings because I don’t feel comfortable doing that facial recognition thing.

UPDATE: Although email response time is slow, they do respond. I have since starting receiving my withdrawals with no issues. Just need to be patient.

First of all there is no one to talk too. I win some money go to redeem the funds that was easy. Waited and waited day 2 finally they supposedly sent funds to PayPal which they did not I kept checking back hours later I recieved an email that said my account had to many discrepancies ? They make it nearly impossible to contact them/find their contact info. I started a dispute with my credit card company, they almost immediately emailed me asking me why I did this. When I replied back explaining why I started a dispute they took more than a week to respond back. They have horrible customer service and do not actually care about the users of AcornCasino. They appear to be based overseas and it should be illegal to allow such an app onto the Apple Store, it is essentially a gambling app. It does not protect the consumer/users nor do they care about protecting the user and will try to take all of your money and never respond. I will change my review to a more positive one based on if a satisfactory solution/outcome can be achieved through my correspondence with customer support. If not then I will leave this negative review here as a warning to others to STAY AWAY. Who knows what the Chinese are doing with your drivers license information and bank information. Honestly wish I had not given them any of the info.

At first I was satisfied and didn’t have any complaints. Btw I never even rate apps let alone write reviews. I have played this game for about 6 weeks, redeemed winning’s numerous times with no issues until last Thursday. I redeemed four times- the last two totaled 700 and were unsuccessful which I found out by an email stating, due to inconsistencies with my account the company they use to service redemptions declined to pay those two withdrawals and for me to contact customer service thru AcornCasino so they can help me get this resolved. That was early Thursday. I’ve yet to get a response from them. I really enjoyed playing but I spent nearly 10k buying sweepstakes play I should not have to worry that when I finally win, I may or may not receive my winnings.

Okay so I have downloaded MANY apps that gamble with real money. But I won $100 in two different games. I had to submit to an identity verification process. Once approved I cashed out. Within 24 hrs the cash was in my PayPal account!! I would recommend doing the identification activity before spending any of your own money to be certain that you’ll be able to cash out. so the first time that I submitted a payout was for $500. I had to wait about a month and a half to get anybody to respond eventually it did pay out though to my PayPal. I can say enough how much I love AcornCasino real payouts and big wins I use to love the casino! But ever since finding acorn I’m in love! Acorn casino you all have been more then nice and patient with me! Cause I know I’m a pain in the rear when I can’t the answer I’m looking for instantly. Redemption process is fast usually within hours no more than 12 to 24 hrs for payout and the games are fun. They are always adding new jackpot games with and fixing any bug issues. I think it only takes a while to get a response because the company may be in China or Japan I’m not sure but obviously when it’s day time here they are sleeping cause they are 13 hours ahead of us. I normally do not write reviews and no I have not been paid by acorn casino to write this review other than the payments I have received for playing the game and winning as I actually did receive every payment redemption I have sent through to be reviewed. Hundreds of dollars have been paid to my PayPal account for my winnings exactly as AcornCasino claims to do. I read some of the negative reviews on here and thought I wasn’t going to actually receive anything, but I absolutely did, and because of that I feel the need to leave a 5 star review and this written review. It is a real money gambling app that does pay out. I 100% vouch for its authenticity, and truly love AcornCasino. It is the only app I use to play casino games for real money at all anymore.

I won $54 and decided to cash out. Everything went fine; I even received links within the game to confirm my email and everything. Now they have blocked my account. I have emailed them and they will not respond and it has been 18 days and they still have not deposited my funds. I have had to notify PayPal to monitor the account because I am worried they will fraudulently access my PayPal since they have not honored the withdraw request. My rating and review will stand unless they unblock the account and honor the withdraw request. I have given them 24 hours before I notify Apple of this issue and request that their app be pulled

So I don’t normally take the time to find AcornCasino I downloaded so I can write a review, but for AcornCasino, it deserves a -5 stars, they allow you to put money in and play, but they WON’T REDEEM, If you look at the real reviews other people left, not the FAKE ones they paid people to write, then you’ll see that they are obviously black listed on international social casino websites, they have no licenses and they are notorious for not paying when people redeem, don’t waste your time on this bulls*%# app, try Pulsz or McLuck, they are legit, licensed and fun social casinos that actually pay when you win.. I’ve redeemed thousands from both without ever a problem, ohh and when you contact support, they reply immediately, 24/7!! I don’t typically write reviews but was excited that I actually was paid out. The games are fun, I get a little caught up at times so be careful but otherwise good. At first I could not cash out because my email I signed up with did not match my PayPal so
I contacted support & within a few days they updated my email and was able to redeem/cash out. I received my funds in less than 24 hours once my email was updated. I’m Not sure if I’m up overall but I have won some nice jackpots with 20 cents, 50 cents & $1. It’s fun and I have fun trying to build up from small starting amounts.

At first I loved AcornCasino.. I’d play this over 20 other gaming apps that I have on my phone.. I set money to the side every day all day just to deposit on this site and play.. I’ve won numerous of times and cashed out and redeemed my winnings as well.. Until February 4th 2024 I tried to redeem my winnings and it allowed me to put in the request to, but as of now I still haven’t gotten my money.. As much as I want to give AcornCasino 5stars and continue to enjoy AcornCasino I can’t because my withdrawal request still says waiting on review… It never took this long.. Normally it takes afew hours or one day.. Right now it’s going on two weeks.. I spend my money faithfully and even referred multiple people.. I’m so frustrated it’s like my questions are answered by bots or sometimes never even responded by anyone.. All I ask is for someone to let me know what is the hold up and please release my funds to me.. I feel as quickly as you guys take my funds when I deposit then their should not be too much of a hold up to pay me the funds I rightfully won, especially if I withdrew money multiple times from you guys.. If this task doesn’t work, then I’ll have to think of some other way in order to get me paid..

Downloaded the game 2/4/24 from an ad in one of my other games. I recently won like $2 on my current game app so I was like wth..played that day and won $5 and some yellow acorns/coins.. didn’t think anything of it. I figured they were gonna make me invite ppl or do surveys but, all they said, was link my PayPal. Did and left it alone for a couple days. When I got back on I played that $5 (by .10 & .20) and my credit kept getting bigger until I was at around $19-20. I cashed out $15 after linking my PayPal and identify verification. Kept playing the few dollars left until I was down to like 3.. 4 days later I got a notification from PayPal that it was deposited. I was shocked more than anything but the pessimist in me had to know I could actually spend it so I stopped at the store and spent it. Lol I’ve hit $512 in 6/7 total days

I’ve never left a review here on an app like this but I feel this one is necessary. I tried this game it was fun to play the thing is it when you win and try to cash out it’s a 7 to 10 business days. Which is a lie and when you try to contact somebody they’re either not there or they don’t return the message I have emailed them on multiple occasions during different times to ask them where is my cash out but no response if I could give them a half star I would. So if you want to play this game and win just be prepared not to get your winnings.
Best of luck to anybody who tries to play this game and win big hopefully the same thing doesn’t happen to you but as for me I will not play this game anymore and I will be deleting it and I hope Apple and its creators of this game see this. This game just wants to take your money and won’t pay you out if you win.

Do not deposit real cash they will not allow you to withdraw! Especially if you are American! They will not respond to your support questions I have a support ticket open for going on 14 days now with not one single response! They claim they are on a vacation for going on 2 weeks not one redemption has been paid on this site it’s all a scam! This is exactly why apple makes it clear they are not responsible or related to this company in any way because they are straight up stealing info and selling it to the highest bidder and apple allows it! There needs to be a class action lawsuit opened with everyone who was affected in any way to be apart of it! Do NOT deposit a penny they will only take your money and you won’t see nothing and they will discontinue any communication once you complain or ask questions! Apple should be held just as responsible because they are allowing its members to be scammed

The following are observations I made at least 3 times before writing this review. After enjoying AcornCasino for a few months and winning almost $750 (probably spending a few hundred) I noticed that they changed their odds. The winning combos were not awarding the same cash amounts they were before. In addition to this there are bugs which will not award your winnings. You’ll watch them add up during free spins- yet weirdly they are also subtracted - and at the end of free spins you know you are about to get $15 (even with the errors made by subtracting some winning spins) and you’ll be awarded $1 instead of the $15 you just watched add up in free spins.
AcornCasino is rife with programming bugs and changing the odds without an announcement is cheating. Stay away until these are fixed. Hopefully the law will eventually keep up with the tech and these apps will be held accountable.

Hands down my favorite online casino app. Just follow the stipulations and find your way earning. Like going to a real casino without the drive. I get to sit at home and enjoy a variety of slots that can keep you entertained and wanting more. My only negative feedback which isn’t too negative as I’ve gotten complimentary credits for be a loyal member would be that they reward you with them ones a week rather than just randomly. I played for a good while and had over $30 so I tried to withdraw small amounts such as $5 and $10 and even $3 , I entered my location to where I wanted it deposited into paypal and it said thank you and proceeded to “process “ for quite a long time about a week or more and finally I recieved an email giving absolutely absurd and ridiculous excuses of why my cash out requests could not be fulfilled so despite being somewhat annoyed that the claims the company makes were now literally proving to be falsified right to my face I tried a few more withdraw requests of $3 and $2 amounts and again after weeks nothing happened . So if I’m not mistaken according to my attorney i’am within my legal rights to easily sue this company on quite a few different things which I fully plan to do especially since my attorney says it would be dumb of me not to since it is such a blatant and outright scam and false advertising to the extreme , it also crosses into literally stealing money from misled people. So I will update this to let everyone know what they need to do in order to not let this company that is taking advantage of people and literally robbing them with information that they know to be 100% false and pre meditated.

It’s nice to know the reviews I came across after I submitted my redemption that got me all worried was proven to be not the case for me. I won $460 from a 5 buck spin (I was feeling a little gutsy and had plenty of practice using the free gold coins ) and I just happened to get lucky. It’s nice that the min bet is less than other apps. Just saw the bank feature and have to look into that.. I will say it’s tempting to think it’s figured out and then loose winnings when chasing the next win, so have. fun and don’t bet more than you can afford to loose and for Pete Sakes cash out before you forget the number by dollar sign can actually be in your account the next day.

It’s hard for me to give an app anything more than two stars when customer service is ran as poorly as this is. And I’m currently waiting on a now 250 dollar withdrawal from them and between lack of response I’ve received ALL weekend long to the one email requesting I leave a review and congratulations on my win and hope fast they are working on depositing that in to my account…. Yet five mins later I was sent an email stating THEIR bank declined my withdrawal request…. And that does not make me feel very secure…but that’s ok. I’ll request my refunds thru Apple Pay as well as cash app and pay pal and I’ll get my money back I deposited into the game. All of it. If I don’t hear something come Monday….. in hind sight tho if they make the situation right I’d totally give their casino five stars. They actually let you win.

I have downloaded and deleted so many casino, bingo, card game apps simply because they didn’t deliver what they said they would. I play this one all the time and I win all the time. They give me great deals and gifts, and they don’t cheat!! Out of all of them, it plays the most like a real casino. I still experience some minor bugs, but nothing too serious: sometimes when I am spinning in bonus the game will freeze and refuse to dole out whatever I won, and one time it kicked me out of a game right after I won free spins and they were gone when I came back. I struggle with the review as I would give AcornCasino five stars without hesitation. The games are super fun and easy to use. Everything seems to work perfectly, but I recently ran into an issue where I tried to contact them through their contact page and sent over 40 emails of a span of over four weeks and cannot get a response from them. I’ve messaged them once before and they got back to me and took care of the issue, but this last time has been horrible. I can’t get any answer from them except for on weekends when it says they’re on weekends and it’s automatic response so that part of it is super disappointing, and I wish somebody would get back to me. I do not know how else to try to get a hold of them if anybody knows.

I play this daily and I do deposit often. I also win often! There’s no other casino where you can put in $5-$20 dollars and play for hours! Sometimes I get to cash out which most times I am paid by the next day. Somtimes it may take a couple days depending on when I cash out. I can pay $10 and get to $25 and cash out!
