This is possibly the worst online casino I have signed up with. Everything about their games is meticulously calculated to drain your balance. With other casinos, you know there’s a possibility of a win. Not here. They’re looking to take your cash and they will. Stay away. Filing a complaint with the state of MI because I don’t want these thieves doing business in my state. For example- sign up promo. I deposited a few hundred, played for an hour or so and received no notification I hit the wagering requirement. When MAGICALLY, I start losing legitimately EVERY SINGLE SPIN. I was probably at $350-$400 when I hit the requirement. After probably 10 minutes, I’m down to roughly $50. go to my account info and what do you know, I HAVE met the wagering requirements. Gee. Weird how I hit a chiller just as I meet the requirements, right? I contacted support, who didn’t help me at all. I really hope they cherish that $120 they conned me out of because they’ll never, ever ever ever see another dime from me nor will I ever be setting foot in a Wynn casino for as long as I live. How despicably shady can you be.

Michigan needs to reconsider who they allow to operate online casinos in the state. Like other users, before using a promo it was not made abundantly clear the a TWENTY TIMES play through is required to withdraw any money, even if you are up on money, you can’t even withdraw your initial investment. Second, in a real casino, single deck blackjack doesn’t give the dealer an 18+ hand 8/10 times, let alone 4 blackjacks, and the player only one ( which the dealers 4th landed on the players only blackjack ). The odds of that are astronomical. Clearly WynnBET is creating mathematical anomalies to benefit the casino, who already has the advantage. It’s a shameful, deceitful practice, and shouldn’t be tolerated by Michigan. So user beware, avoid this scam app if you value your money. You won’t walk away happy.

I made a deposit which was quickly matched. I did read the restrictions, or so I thought. I played through my initial deposit, had fun and was winning so I thought I’d quit while I was ahead, however my funds were restricted. To my complete shock you had to wager 20 times your initial deposit!!!! This restriction is not in bold as one of your responders stated. Had to play two days completely straight and lost most of my money. Once I was told about the restriction I was able to find it in the fine print but it was very far down and not easily noticed. Extremely disappointed considering none of the other apps have had this restriction so I had no idea this was something to even look for. Shame on you Wynn!!!

I understand not being able to withdraw your matching bonus but this is the ONLY casino I’ve played that you can’t withdraw your winnings.I deposited $50 and received a $50 bonus, now I have to wager $1000 of my winnings if I have any before I can draw out any of my winnings.I wish I would’ve read it closer and I would not recommend this casino to anyone. After downloading WynnBET I deposited $50 to use in the Casino part of WynnBET , the $50 lasted quite a while so I decided to deposit another $100 and then I won a jackpot where I was able to cash out $2000!! The withdrawal was really smooth and the funds were in my bank account within a couple of days. Deposited $200 using the 100% deposit bonus, have to play through $4000 in order to cash out any money. Realizing this and not being able to cash out any of my own money, decided to play through the requirements in the casino. Didn’t hit one single bonus after playing through $400. ($200 of my own money and $200 of “free play”. Don’t waste your time with this SCAM company!! This promos is extremely hard to attain at a positive level…blackjack and Baccarat counted at 10% of the wager. To get to $1000 play thru of 20x would require a $200,000 play thru of this same $1000 deposited…this is the kind of example that should be on the promo rules…not just percentages and little numbers. I have played thru 60x my deposit and I’m not even close to being able To cash out. I have to still bet thru 140x my deposit to get there.

That said the interface of WynnBET is mid range of the apps that I have tried.

Great customer service. Breandain, my host, has went above and beyond. I can text him whenever anything is needed. Including a trip to Vegas, reservations at restaurants and pools. Was reluctant to ask, but since he’s always been responsive, I decided to, and he took care of it all.

I placed my first bet, new user. For the risk free up to $1000 bet. They Don’t give you your match risk-free tokens until 372 hours after the last bit lost. Every other site does it instantly. It’s been over 72 hours and I’ve contacted customer service three times and every time they say it’s going to be an hour and you’ll see it. Well it hasn’t. This is a complete scam or terrible customer service wanted two. Stick with fanduel or betMGM at least you get your stuff instantly there.

WynnBET works fine, I haven’t had any glitches like I have with other apps but, the odds of winning anything worth mentioning especially a bonus round have to be one in a billion. I put so much money into WynnBET and just kept losing, I’m not looking to hit it big or become a millionaire but, at least have fun. I probably put close to 300$ into one game and didn’t win one bonus round. Just an all around disappointing experience.

Buyer beware you don’t want to use Wynn if you plan to collect on your winnings. I’ve tried to withdraw my funds for over 2 weeks and they have issues paying people in Michigan. There is no timeline to fix the issue and the only alternative is to open a fee infested Wynn account with them which takes weeks to set up. If I were you I would look elsewhere for your betting needs. I wish I did.

The match bonus locks my own money deposited behind the bonus. A 20x play through requirement, and blackjack has an even higher requirement. So I had to play through and don’t even have my own money back because I had wager it through. I would have never played with Wynn had I known it was going to be this shady. Avoid at all costs. I lost $500 on their so called ‘bonus match.’
