This is by far the worst casino I’ve ever played online. Believe me I’ve played them all. They refuse to process your withdrawal request it’s been days over 3 now and still pending. When you call they hang up on you refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and then keep telling you they are backed up that’s why. If the policy states 48hrs you should receive an email from the casino stating it’s been reviewed and processed the. That’s what it should be. They will never get my money again

If you’re thinking of creating an account to find a new sportsbook or even for promotional purposes just don’t. TropicanaCasinoPA is glitchy and doesn’t run well. The match bonus they have isn’t worth it unless you plan on making thousands of dollars in wagers on TropicanaCasinoPA , which no one in there right mind would do because it doesn’t run well. I also initiated a withdrawal and was told it would take 48-72 hours to process and this is the 6th day that it has been pending.

There are better experiences to be had on other apps, and with those apps comes much better support and treatment. Only good thing I can say is when I did get a response from them it was friendly.

Withdrawals are something that are very important to me when it comes to these online gambling apps. It’s beyond difficult to withdraw any money on TropicanaCasinoPA. The user interface is subpar to say the least, FaceID straight up just doesn’t work. Also forget it if you made an account because of the bonus as you have to play through TWENTY FIVE TIMES to actually be able to take your money out, if you figure that out in the first place. There’s honestly no reason to have TropicanaCasinoPA as there are several other that are more user friendly, offer more wagers on sportsbook, and easier to withdrawal from. Just don’t get TropicanaCasinoPA.

Do not listen to the promotions. It states that they will give you up to a $300 match for first deposit. But what they don’t tell you is that this bonus is only for casino games that they have next to no good games. Then what they don’t tell you is in order to sports bet with that bonus or take any money out you have to PLAY THROUGH 25 TIMES. In order to access this bonus you have to play through $7,500. I reached out to customer service about this issue checking to see if there was a way to sports bet this bonus and they told me the best they could do was a $25 free bet after being transferred to 4 different people. Interface is sub par service is terrible. There are so many other sports books that have better apps, promotions, and better customer service. Stay away from Caesar's.

I tried this casino app and their games are limited. I put in fir 2 withdrawals. A week later still pending. I chatted customer service. They said I needed to supply a bank statement. I asked why and also said I never received a request for one. They said they needed to match name and Andrew’s on the account. They are more than willing to take money out of the account with out a statement but won’t put it back in without one. As far as the request for it, they said I needed to go into “my documents” of “my account”. I received no message, email, in app alert to ever go there. But there it was. So if I had not contacted customer service to find out why my withdrawals were pending, they would still be in limbo. Still don’t have my money back as of yet. Horrible experience compared to others.

Be cautious of the wagering requirements & bonus playthrough. Unlike every other casino site out there, Caesar’s/Harrah’s will use your cash balance then go to bonus amount to meet wagering requirements (see Section 9 of T&C). They screwed me over big time and I would not want to see others get suckered in. Most sites have risk free then give user site credit or give user a bonus to play through before using cash balance. This was absolutely ridiculous & they would not budge on providing anything in return. They claim a 5x play through but that includes “100% match bonus” & deposit so it’s basically a 10x play through on the bonus amount, which again is not used until cash balance is depleted. Stay away - there are much more willing & patron friendly sites that won’t screw you over!

I would not recommend as I have had a bad experience with this application. I was playing a slot machine and won the free spins bonus after putting several hundred dollars into the slot machine. I won 15 free spins with a 3X multiplier and then the slot machine froze. I had restarted TropicanaCasinoPA remove Wi-Fi and then restarted Wi-Fi and also removed location services and testy location services per live chat agent but the slot machine is still frozen and will not unfreeze. I was advised this game is forfeit as there was an in game error. This is horrible that someone in IT cannot fix the issues as the company doesn’t have any problem with taking your money but when you win something, they will not honor that you won and fox their faulty application.

I am disgusted about the withdrawal process. Every other casino the pay out process is easy and quick.. I totally understand that you have to show documentation first time around. But i got the play plus card and I am waiting now 3 days for my money. Every other casino the money goes on within 15 mins of requesting withdrawal. The first time i requested a withdrawal to my bank account. It toke me exactly 2 weeks to get the money! I called up multiple times, waited in live chat to let them know that every card I used was a gift card! They gave me a hard time regarding the document of my bank account. I can’t believe it toke 2 weeks. Now im waiting for the money still to go on my play plus card. I definitely won’t be putting money in this casino game.

I wish I reviewed the comments before putting money in TropicanaCasinoPA. There was a glitch with the deposit and hitting submit ended up taking 3 times what I planned. With it being a promo I planned to play and cash out since it was at more than I planned to deposit anyhow. Surprisingly I won! Great fun playing however getting the winnings has been nothing but frustrating! Uploading documents, then had my account blocked and have to chat anytime I want an update - which ends up being something else they want proof of. It’s been over a week and I haven’t even gotten what i originally deposited or my winnings. I can guarantee that if I lost I wouldn’t have to show my bank statements. Beyond frustrated with this process. One rep on the chat was helpful - Robert - so if you get him, then you may actually get some information. Otherwise the response will be that it is being reviewed and you will be emailed. Horrible site! This experience is questioning the Caesar’s brand altogether- Vegas in 2 months…may need to lose my loyalty to caesars if this isn’t resolved soon.

They take your money in a matter of minutes but when you request a withdrawal it takes forever. I have been waiting for almost a week with no word from them except they are busy! I was told I will need to provide documents, none of which I know what they even want yet, because they haven’t requested any documents. I’m afraid I’m going to be waiting forever to get my lousy withdrawal amount, which believe me isn’t even that big. They also conveniently have a “cancel your withdrawal” button! Ha - That’s why they play around with your money in hopes you will just cancel the withdrawal and end up losing it. There are so many other apps you can use and they will pay out instantly! Don’t waste your time on this one.

Well I hope this review can actually get a response!!!! I have been playing at Caesars for years, both in person and online, and LOVED IT…… UNTIL NOW!!! This is the fourth day that I have not been able to go onto the “My Bonuses” page AT ALL!! I only get a white screen that says in small black print in upper left corner, Server Error (500). I have left messages for support (used to be able to actually chat with someone but that changed I guess) and have NOT received ANY messages back!! So now I am SCREWED for the bonuses that I was unable to claim! THANKS!! As a player, we look forward to the bonuses offered here and there but to be denied access to when there are a few holiday bonuses PLUS no response from anyone is NOT COOL!

Not sure why it won’t let me click on any demo or actual money play links, hasn’t worked for months. V1.1.1 or whatever and it was recently updated, support was condescending and almost arrogant about the fact that I should be able to change settings within TropicanaCasinoPA but there are still no answers on where the heck I’m supposed to find the “settings” within TropicanaCasinoPA itself (account settings yes, location settings no) and in the actual app settings there’s not even a location/privacy tab like every other app, I’ve even created a new Apple ID account and factory reset my device but it was a total waste: but they give me $5 bonus I can’t use every Tuesday

Trying to get paid your winnings is almost impossible! This is my eighth day trying to get my withdrawal and still no success! I use two other gambling apps with no problems at all and usually have my winnings in six hours or less through PayPal. I was not given this option because I had not used PayPal to deposit. I had tried to deposit with PayPal and it would be er let me so here I am, eight days later, many supports discussions later and now I was JUST told I had to upload three documents and IF those are accepted it will take at least another forty eight hours after that to get my money! Wow! Never have I ever had such a hard time re diving my winnings! I will not use TropicanaCasinoPA again!

Just about every 20 minutes TropicanaCasinoPA would freeze and require a restart. The constant interruptions advising player of their status is distracting. Deposit match bonuses were not given and had to send email to support. Would rather be in a casino.

I mainly play at Ceaser’s properties when I’m in Vegas. However I live in PA and when I’m home I use the barstool app when I want to make sports bets or play a little online casino BlackJack. The Ceaser’s app has a very clunky user interface and crashes constantly. The barstool app is miles ahead. Also the promotions Ceaser’s offers is a joke compared to the action barstool offers. Ceaser’s needs to put more time and money into TropicanaCasinoPA for it to compete. I’d love for it to be my main online app to build my rewards points but I’ll stick with barstool until they make massive changes.

App has gotten better as for games. Would love to see more games especially white orchid. The wait time for your winnings is a bit long. They have paypal so i’m not sure why it takes them 3 days or longer to pay you your money. Wish they were more like the other apps where you get your money the same day or atleast the next day. They always have the same excuse. They need to get better with that and i’m sure more people would play on their site.

Every review for TropicanaCasinoPA is horrendous. Maybe because Only angry/mad people come to actually review TropicanaCasinoPA .
The GUI is iffy, but nothing dif than betmgm.. I actually enjoyed time here I put in some money, hit a 2 leg parlay, got my money match(free bet) and I’m waiting for that to hit. If this next bet hits I’ll walk away with upwards of 9hunnit. My withdrawal of over 500 dollars took about just over 48 hours. Not sure why everyone is freaking out here, have a little bit of patience maybe

Their own withdrawal policy says within 48 hours, your withdrawal should be processed, unless they need verification and you need to upload documentation. Once you verify your first withdrawal it should not happen again. The withdrawal should be quick and timely. It’s always the same old excuse, either the holidays backed them up and they go in the order of their queue. Well this is very i unsatisfactory. You are the only casino that does this. I’ve received my withdrawals within minutes of requesting at a larger casino than Caesars. I believe they allow their “bonus days” to accumulate money for the past pending withdrawals that they have. And they hope the longer they withhold your withdrawal you will end up canceling it and putting it right back into the casino and possibly lose it all. It’s not right...get more people to help with the withdrawal. Definitelydisappointed. Start changing your withdrawal methods or you’re going to lose many online customers! As I’m writing this - it’s been over 72 hours since I requested a withdrawal and it still isn’t processed!

I play a few gambling apps, I like Caesar’s except that it takes 12 seconds to take the money from my account and 5-7 days to pay me 😒whereas Borgata is 48hrs or less. However, their app also freezes quite often causing me to lose my game or a building jackpot and TropicanaCasinoPA has not done that so kudos!

I was expecting horrible issues once I attempted to withdraw funds due to all the bad reviews…I recently started using this casino my first payout did take a few days ..documentation was required to upload however once they received my information I would say they were fairly quick within 24 hrs to release my funds I did have an issue with uploading some information I contacted customer service via chat they were very helpful as well … I will continue to play… thumbs up !!!

I’m from Ohio so I drive over the border to PA to place bets. As soon as I cross back over to Ohio I can’t see my current bets. I completely understand you can only wager in PA but I can’t see my bets in other city?!! Also TropicanaCasinoPA is hard to navigate around. I won’t be returning unless my first time bonus bet wins. I can only imagine how annoying it’s going to be to make a withdraw. To conclude this rating, my main reason for trying out TropicanaCasinoPA is because it links up with Caesar Rewards. It was very difficult to link my CR to get gaming credit. I have no idea what Caesars has to have so many apps for just one state when other US legal apps don’t have to.
