Downloaded WynnBET . Not even an hour later has deposit issues I could only deposit 50$ after that I was getting blank screens. Went through 3 support agents. No one could help me. They told me give it 24 hours for someone to reach back out. But the bet I wanted to make was happening in less time than that. Not to mention there was a first come first serve boost bet.

I waited till the next morning. No one contacted me. So I took matters into my own hands. I did their job and finally figured out a solution. Well when I went to place the bet the boost bet was suspended. No one could help everyone just kept apologizing and said they couldn’t give me the odds even though all the issues where on their end.

I was told a supervisor would contact me. After waiting and having no on reach out. I made the bet without the boost. And wouldn’t you know it. An hour later the boost bet popped back up but it was too late for me Bc I already used my risk free bet. Again when I tried to reach out. I was told a supervisor would contact me. With a bunch of apologizes. No comps. No effort to fix the issue or make it right on their end. ABSOLUTELY terrible. And this was all with in one of downloading WynnBET . Take your money somewhere else

Accidentally downloaded the Michigan version first and deposited money they were able to do the withdraw and put it back in my account. The same night I opened the NJ version and boy was I glad. Deposited $35 and it lasted a little so decided to deposit another $50 and a few hours later and 2 jackpots I cashed out $5,000. The withdrawal was so smooth and the funds were in my bank account two days later. Best luck I have had on any of the sites and I have about 12 accounts. Definitely will be playing here more often. I did have a host contact me and gave me some free spins which I thought was going to be something substantial since I played over $11,000 that night but I was only given 18 spins at $2.64 a bet.

My experience on WynnBET, so far, has been enjoyable, fun, and somewhat successful. App clearly has a focus on US sports, UI is almost perfect and also navigation is so easy to use and it makes your time spent here more exciting, and doesn’t have to be repetitive at any one game, especially with having the Sportsbook on the same app. Spin game is a real tiebreaker. WynnBET rejects all my attempts at depositing using their deposit methods, except debit card. So I deposit $500. Went to place a wager, and it won’t allow me to submit the wager. Terrible user interface. Bush league customer support. And the worst withdrawal methods I’ve come across.

It will not allow me to withdraw the deposited funds, and since I can’t wager, they are stuck in limbo. The reason I can’t withdraw is because their only withdrawal options require you to deposit via that method to withdraw. And since they can’t send the money back to the debit card, my only option is to drive 2.5 hours and pick it up at a cage. That said, I asked for a refund, though I’ll likely just chargeback the charge.

Stay away from WynnBET. All the other NJ apps are lightyears ahead. And it’s a shame because I love the Wynn properties. Really wanted this to be WynnBET , but it’s not.

It provides both sports betting and casino features together. I am not a casino player so can not give any comment about that but their sportsbook is pretty decent. If you placed a parlay bet, also gives you a chance to spin the wheel which includes few boosters and one night stay at Wynn hotel. I am not the lucky one, just got few boosters:) Prices are the same as the other apps, cash-out also ok, returned to my account right after cash-out has been accepted. No problems on withdrawal, their customer support was helpful, liked that!

I'm a BIG Steph Curry fan and I recently bet on the Golden State warriors against the Miami Heats with this app and I WON!!. WynnBET always has great odds, live score and match updates means I can check how my bets are performing as well as seeing how the game is turning out. I had a problem withdrawing my money but as soon as I called customer service the issue was resolved within 5 minutes and the rest of the process was smooth. I Recommend this app to anyone that is into sports betting regardless if you're with someone else.

The payment methods are terrible. Most gambling sites use direct bank account logins or PayPal. This makes you use Play+ or some VIP echeck that should be similar to a bank account deposit except that it doesn’t work. I get error messages all the time. Trying to withdraw some winnings and have called 3 different times and online chatted 3 more and I still can’t get my money out. WynnBET itself is surprisingly good compared to other casino companies that have put out sports apps but that means nothing if I can’t easily withdraw and deposit. Won’t be using again once I get my money back because of this process.

Where this site really separates itself from the rest is the customer service, they have been nothing but helpful on all accounts, but if you happen to be a VIP player I can tell you that their hosts are way more attentive and concerned with your satisfaction as a patron than other, maybe larger, companies. Looking for a new betting app is always a risky task, the main concern for me was safety of my money. I am not able to deposit using PayPal, when I log in successfully through PayPal I am shown an error that says “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment, please try again” and I am redirected to log back into PayPal.

I spent over 4 hours dealing with support and being directed to call three different numbers after spending time with Wynn online chat. No one was able to help me, the only information I was given was “our supervisor looked into your issue and nothing should be blocking your transactions”

I tried FanDuel sports book right afterwards and I was able to successfully use PayPal to deposit funds. This is an issue with the Wynn app.

Statistically speaking… Put 1K in and it was gone in a little over an hour of betting $2(max) a spin. Bonuses are virtually impossible and The most I received on any bonus was less than 15x if I ever even received a bonus. You can’t literally even buy a bonus. There is a reason why this site is the WORST out there and it shows. They won’t be around long with the robbery they create. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. One and done. They won’t be getting my repeat business and I’m a heavy gambler. These sites are all terrible and a complete scam. The trends are completely identifiable and a complete sham. Good riddance.

My favourite feature of this app is the WYNN rewards scheme, where through making bets I have earned around $100 in free credit which I then used to bet with and I made even more money with that! Taking my winnings out was so simple and this app has made betting a largely enjoyable experience for me, with reward schemes like that this app is the best betting app out there! I tried making an account and it took me 2 weeks to get verified when it said it would take 48 hours so I missed out on betting ufc fights but once I did got verified I used the bet 10 get 200 in free bets and made over 400

I sent in my dl and a utility bill and for three days I tried I finally did it now I can deposit because I’m over my monthly deposit amount after a few failed deposits AND GET THIS it failed because of my credit? Promos are a lie. Unless you see it on the wynn site don’t believe them. They don’t honor the risk free promo despite an accurate expiration date. Reached out to the live chat function to have them try and assist and they did absolutely nothing. I’ve been a VIP member with numerous sports books but have never received such terrible customer service. Nice interface but obviously after this service - will never use their platform again. Be careful with Wynn!

Understand these sites aren’t designed for the user to make money, but Wynn never even gave me a chance. $500 gone and that’s all they get from me, closed same day I opened.
