Twinspires is by far the shadiest platform developer of online casino phone apps. The Michigan casino (Island Casino, wherever that is) piggybacks on their sins but, ethically, they aren't much better. Collectively, these two companies conduct their business in a manner that would (and should) be considered a crime. I'm fully aware that I have a gambling problem and fully aware that I may not have an objective opinion on the matter but it sickens me to know how much of my hard earned money these two "companies" have actually stolen from me (seriously).

I've dealt with every scum bag casino app out there at this point and I've been willing to shovel money into all of their pockets. I have a pretty low opinion of them all but I chose to rate TSCasinoSportsbook because it's by far the worst one. Bad payouts, uses tricks to get you to do the exact opposite of what you're intending to do-then restricts you from reversing what you did for 24+ hours. Doesn't prevent gambling junkies from logging on during their time-out periods and will still allow you to deposit money that you can't use and withdrawing it back out takes 3+ days.

Shameful that these casinos and their online platforms feed on people who can't control themselves in the first place and make money hand-over-fist in the process. The very least they could do for the customer while draining their bank account is conduct the business in a fair and ethical manner.

Of all the gambling apps in Michigan, TwinSpires has the absolute worst payout I’ve seen. The problem isn’t even a lack of bonuses or free spins on games - it’s that you never win big…ever. I’ve been playing this site for a year and I keep doing time outs because it’s such a waste of money. Great selection of games, pretty good tech wise - but don’t expect to win big here on the casino side. Any other app in Michigan is better for payouts. I’ll be excluding for 5 years after tonight. Such a waste of time and money. This site has real potential with the huge selection of games, but it’ll be tainted by poor payouts, which we all know is way more important than variety. I’ll give it two stars for game selection but it really offers nothing more than that. Spend your money anywhere else.

They give you 50 free spins a day as a promotion offer. After completing all the days of free spins I had $25 in my account. There was a one time play through requirement on this which was easy enough. The only problem is let’s say you play a slot and win $1 on the spin. Your next spin will use the $1 you just won in cash instead of using the bonus basically ensuring you can’t get the bonus money out. To get the money out you would have to take your winnings after each spin and make a deposit to have the minimum withdraw amount in your account. Idk why anyone would use this casino over draft kings or other online casinos. I have never seen an online casino use your cash before bonus credits given to you. The blackjack is also rigged in TSCasinoSportsbook. I have played around 15 hands of blackjack and have lost every single one. The dealer hits a 19-21 every single time. 15 loses in a row on blackjack is not real odds. Don’t use this casino. Draft kings offers new users $100 in free casino play just for making a deposit and doesn’t require you to use any of your cash. Just a simple free $100 with a 1 time play through.

Takes days to get your money out. Still waiting on an “approval” for my withdrawal which I asked for 3 days ago. App crashed in the middle of a bonus round on slot machine, I had it up to over $500 when it did- after re-logging in, the game didn’t continue and my money was nowhere to be found. I had to call customer service- who informed me that there was a KNOWN issue with that provider of the game and when they fix their bug, I’ll get my money. That was also-3 days ago, no communication, nothing from them since. I will be deleting TSCasinoSportsbook as soon as (if) I get my money.

The casino portion is very glitchy. The cash out process takes longer than DraftKings, FanDuel, betMgm, or PointsBet. It’s also the only app the does not allow you to withdraw change. So basically you always have a fraction of a dollar you can’t cash out. I would not recommend this site over other gambling options and especially not for casino. Also pretty poor in terms of customer service and functionality. I could nitpick 10 or 12 different aspects of TSCasinoSportsbook but moral of the story is to use DraftKings instead.

On the bright side there are a few good ongoing sports bet promotions that are good. Mainly the brick wall bonus on hockey Thursdays and 3 point bonus on nba on Wednesdays. Also first round knockout bonuses in ufc. Plus various others. That being said the promotions are not necessarily better than other sites.

Extremely buggy app. Wasted an hour with their “tech support” and they gave me runarounds. The issue is that I have an amount to withdraw that has dollars and cents and there isn’t an option for a decimal point. Their support had me try signing out and signing back in; didn’t work. Uninstalling and reinstalling; didn’t work. They also said I need to deposit at least $10 via PayPal if I want to use PayPal to be able to withdraw and I stated I did but the agent lied to me and said their records show I didn’t use PayPal. So when i sent the screenshot of the PayPal transaction, more stall tactics. I asked to escalate to a higher tier support and they would not. Every time I try one of their methods, I would lose the troubleshooting chat and would have to start all over after trying their method. I just want my money so I don’t have to use TSCasinoSportsbook again.

All Sportsbook apps are basically the same, so it’s what’s different that might attract you to one or the other. This is where the application falls flat.... constant issues with Location Verification (acknowledged by support but no fix in site) so can’t use on your phone while not at home or on WiFi?!?! So basically I should “avoid TSCasinoSportsbook ” and use the Desktop version....

Lastly, if this is known why not advise your consumer base? Over all poor product, poor performance, lacking any customer support (after hours help does not exists), avoid TSCasinoSportsbook and use another!!!

OKAY…..The geolocation problem is fixed, however it is PAINFULLY SLOW going from page to page. I will now rate it at 3 Stars. If it can be made speedier transitioning between pages, I will kick it up to a 4 Star

Signed up this morning and it says that it cannot geolocate me…. On iPhone OR iPad! So I called and they said it is a problem system wide in Pennsylvania. Still not working. From other posts it seems this problem has been present for several days! Come on Twinspire….you got my money but I can’t place a bet!

Solid all around app. Probably the easiest interface to navigate out of all the legal sports books in NJ, with great reaction time especially on the mobile app which is a lot better compared to other sports books apps. Although I will say pointsbet definitely offers better promotions and is more user friendly when it comes to promotions and bonus bets and things of that nature.

App is easy to use but I have one major beef. Sometimes the time remaining on games is off by a few minutes. I’ve been doing a lot of over under and this can have a major impact on how you pick in game. I would suggest either making pregame bets or watching the live broadcast for your o/u’s. Fix this and 5 stars!

I’m not trying to be quick to judge, but I was a past customer of bet America, whom stated previously that I could use the same user info to enter my account, I do so and somehow in the mix I miss my first deposit bonus! I had tried opting into it several times, had to email customer service as I got locked out of my acct. Nice rep let me in, but I didn’t sign in until much after reading the promo and didn’t see it, I assumed I still had it, couldn’t navigate TSCasinoSportsbook , here I was on the horse racing n I mistook it for the sports app and casino. I sent a message explaining this as I’d just thought til 2 days after when I still didn’t get it, that I reread it, explained what problem was n that I’d totally 💯 wanted n had intentions on! Love TSCasinoSportsbook , it’s easy to navigate & has loads of betting options. Also wanted to give a quick shout out to the Twinspires app developers & marketing team. I met a bunch of them the other night at the Meadowlands in New Jersey for a MNF party they held. Great group of people, asked everyone what they thought of TSCasinoSportsbook , any suggestions, and overall experience. I really enjoyed the personal interaction with the Twinspires family!

It’s a good app as betting apps go. Easy to use and connect your bank account for easy funding. Unfortunately if you like in game bets make sure you check another site to verify the time left in a game. I have seen it show 3 mins left in a basketball game and jump on the o/u only to find out there was 2 mins left which changes what you would have bet

I’ve always been skeptical of gambling on an app but as soon as sports gambling became legal in my state I had to try. Lucky for me the first one I did was Twinspires. Everything had been completely fair and legit so fair and also has a lot of nice promos to help you win money. I rarely do reviews but when it comes to money I feel like people should know if something is legit or not.

I like TSCasinoSportsbook a lot. It pays out better than other betting apps. However, during football season, there was a lot of issues with being locked out of TSCasinoSportsbook making it incapable to make new bets during live games. I’m pretty sure they got a lot of heat for this. That being said, I’m hoping the fixed that so it doesn’t happen going forward. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Not the quickest on pay outs and not able to use sportsbook bonus on casino but they pay out. I don’t like that I can’t cancel a bit before any of the game start once I book it though because sometimes I want to add games after the fact or take games away and can’t. If none of the games have started yet you should be able to edit your bets. At least it works tho....

Very simple and easy to get used to. There is often crashing and freezing in TSCasinoSportsbook . But you can either hate or love the security log outs. Sometimes also has trouble figuring out my location. Even though I’m in Michigan sometimes it says I’m not in the authorized state. Payments and payouts are the easiest thing about TSCasinoSportsbook . Haven’t tried other sources for placing bets so don’t have much to compare it to besides my local bookie.....which is done manually.

Login process is too long on my laptop. I also can’t make Sportsbook bets on my computer because it says location hasn’t been verified even after the download says okay. I can play the Casino games on my computer but always have to login twice with two verification codes. Can these be combined to only log in one time? Would also like to be able to enlarge/expand site zoom when using my phone.

TSCasinoSportsbook is great- usually works pretty well and is fast. The only issue I have is that I can’t view how much I have in my balance or how much I am wagering on any of the roulette games. I have to get out of the game to the home screen to see my balance. Really takes away from the experience and the thrill of playing roulette if you can’t see what you won being added or taken from your balance. Please fix this because I really enjoy TSCasinoSportsbook .

I do not bet to get rich, I bet to making whatever I am watching more entertaining. Twinspires Sportsbook has been the best experience in that area. Other than a few technical weirdnesses everything has been fun and easy to use. On the other side, it is a very technical betting app, you can wager big dollars on everything. I find it the perfect app covering casual to expert wagers. I recommend it to users of all experience.

TwinSpires obviously isn’t as well known as some of the other apps and doesn’t have much of a marketing budget, but this is a very well designed and maintained app. There have been a few issues with geolocation in the past but that seems to have been sorted out. The promotions are decent and the interface and ease of use is excellent. I haven’t had any issues with deposit or withdrawal.

Where TSCasinoSportsbook is better than even the big names is the wide range of alternate lines that are available. Most people bet on the standard point spread or money line but I like alternate lines and TwinSpires offers a wider arrangement at better odds than anywhere. For that reason alone, I keep coming back.
