As soon as i made my account i got an email verifying everything and then it wouldn't let me bet and gave me no reason for why i couldnt just stateing this bet is currently unavailable constantly... meanwhile im checking all my wifi location and bluetooth settings and i finally emailed support and it turns out I was flagged during routine security checks? what kind of joke is this and now my $100 deposit is being held and support wont answer my demands for a transaction and account termination but instead insist i send them my utility bills, drivers license and signed social security card? no other company has ever caused this much hassle for me over something so stupid. absolutelt stay away from this company unless you want no response to your demands have YOUR money held. Go try DRAFTKINGS or fan duel or literally any single other platform than this one

Betstars has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had personally. I’ve won money and went to withdraw and it’s been pending longer than the max time allowed. I’ve called the company they use to withdraw money if you’re in the US which is another issue but I’ll table for now but nonetheless I get in contact with Nettellers which is the place you have to go to get a card to then get paid and they said they have no transaction number ????. I’ve received an email that my request has been submitted and it’s been more than 72 hours. They’re either stealing money or there’s some serious issues. Now their app which you need to contact somebody is down suspiciously for maintenance and gone past the time they said they go down for.

Choose a different Sportsbook.

The company does not know how to correctly explain and document their promotions. They expect everyone to understand and play by their rules without putting any documentation or help anywhere. There is no rules that they have on their app or website so they fee as though they can make them up as the go and call it “customary” that everyone should know how their promotions work when in reality both FanDuel and DraftKings promotions actually feel like they have some value.

Upon questioning them, they proceeded to say “I appreciate that you did not fully understand the definition of a free bet”. How is one supposed to understand that definition if they don’t define it ANYWHERE.

So I installed FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ a few days ago and it worked ok but after the second day it started to stop working in middle of a casino game . I contacted support and cleared my cache. Still had the same issue with it stopping in the middle of a real money game . Wouldn’t let me get back into the live game . Support told me to uninstall and reinstall which I did . Again after i started playing same issue . App is cool but they need to fix whatever issue is causing this . Not playing real money on an app that randomly while playing stops working. I’m on other betting apps with this new phone and don’t have this issue .

FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ is absolute garbage. I never write reviews but FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ and their support team really has me angry. I deposited 200 dollars only to find out I can’t place any bets because I do not live in New Jersey. I went to withdraw my money and have now been fighting with the support team for over 6 hours trying to get my money back. Their support team is asking me to send pictures of my ID, debit card and loads of personal information. Some information I can’t provide, but really I don’t feel comfortable giving them any of it! FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ is super sketchy. Nate and the rest of the support team harassed me and were no help at all. I will be filing a lawsuit. DO NOT DOWNLOAD FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ! ITS A SCAM!

Heard good things but when I signed up I was told I needed to submit photos of utility bill, drivers license, and social security card. I submitted all they requested (been an NJ resident for two years) but was then was told I needed to submit them again, which I did. I still have not heard back from them, and have even tried contacting customer service to find out what is going on, and still nothing. You would think they would want to be quick to respond as I wanted to make a deposit and start betting but whatever. I’ll take my money to FanDuel or DraftKings.

Tried FoxBet. They took my deposit fine but locked out my account the moment I tried to withdraw. Since then it’s been days of to and fro with various representative uploading endless documents.

People don’t read your emails, you explain the same thing from the start endlessly, there’s no number to call, the terms and conditions have dead links in them, their interface for uploading documents is awful and unwieldy, if zero starts were possible... go elsewhere.

STAY FAR AWAY! If you plan on withdrawing, make sure you are ready to provide them with you passport, credit card pictures, utility bills, birth certificate, elementary school lunch card and any other ID you possibly obtained in your lifetime. I have only been on FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ for one day and I can tell you these guys try to make it absolutely impossible for you to withdraw. They cleverly don’t send you some kind of “clearance” email until after you make a deposit. Try the Fan Duel, PointsBet or Draftkings. Easy deposit/withdraw process.

I legally bet in NJ so there’s nothing fishy about what I’m doing on their app. I deposited using my checking account. They took my money with no problem. I won some money and wanted to withdraw it. They will not release my winnings or my original deposit until I send them a whole bunch of identification. If you are looking to legally bet using an app, look somewhere else! Other apps give you your winnings with much less hassle.

At first it seemed like a good app to play slots. Until I tried to withdrawal my earnings. FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ takes up to 15 days to deposit funds in your account but will have no issue with taking
Your deposit instantly to play. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times now and no response! No longer am I using FOXBetSportsbookCasinoNJ and I’ll choose to go to another Casino.

I’ve tested out almost all of the Sportsbooks and so far this is the best one I’ve tried. I’m not going to lie it was a little shaky in the beginning as I ran into some trouble getting my bonus. However, with the help of the support team it was quickly resolved... There’s a ton of different sports to bet on and the odds boosts and daily promos are unique. The best part however is the withdrawal speed. I put in a withdrawal request a few hours ago and I just received it now. That time beats every other Sportsbook by far. I would 100% recommend.

Has a nice and easy to navigate layout which is preferable to Draftkings and FanDuel, at least in NJ. This makes using Fox Bet an enjoyable experience.

Very easy to deposit & withdraw money. When I withdrew some of my winnings, the money hit my bank account within a couple of days (unlike some rival sports book apps, which are quite difficult in that regard). Also, there are some nice odds boosters.

Would definitely recommend!

Some funny reviews”app a scam””can’t bet because I don’t live in nj”. Yes. You have to be in New Jersey it does take a bit to verify some stuff to get your money out, but all betting apps do. Once it’s taken care of the withdrawal are fast and Easy. This betting app has some of the best promos out there. Betting odds boosts, bets with money back. They are always offering something! You stick to those and can do alright on here

Great and easy layout to place bets. I’ve won money so that’s always a positive! They have some fun odds boosts and other markets I normally wouldn’t touch. Only thing I would add for them is more player props instead of the boosts!
