On several occasions TropicanaCasinoNJ I was playing which is a triple wheel of fortune did not pay me my winnings. The first few times I thought maybe I was seeing things because I was pushing the spin button one after another pretty quick. Then when I won an opportunity to spin the triple wheel TropicanaCasinoNJ disconnected due to “no data” By the time it reconnected I was not able to spin which would be another definite win. When I logged back in it took me back to the beginning. I hit the button again, and the next time I had a win I waited to see if it paid me my win before spinning again. AGAIN it didn’t!! Now I was validated that it wasn’t my eyes deceiving me. So I did a “live chat” with a rep named Liz who told me everything looked OK on her end. She said unless I had a screen shot of the win, she couldn’t help me. I called the number and asked for a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up!!! I’m done. Basically unless you like your money being held hostage and stolen from you, or unless you take a screen shot before and after every hand of cards or every spin of the slot wheels you are screwed if they dont want to pay you! Could this have been a glitch ,sure, but did they return my money, hell no! I’m cashing out and deleting TropicanaCasinoNJ.

The new player promotion looked good until you realize you have to lose your entire deposit before you play with house money. Then you have to bet 25 times the deposit amount within 7 days before you can keep any promotional money or winnings from that money. Also withdrawal was requested 6 days ago and it hasn’t even been approved yet. Once approved I will have to wait another 3-5 days to get money. DraftKings new player promo gives $100 casino credit that you can bet right away and you keep the winnings and they also give you $100 sports free bet. Caesars promotion is not good.

I play a lot of online casino games. I understand that I have to wait for a winning to be processed. They say it will take 48 hours. I have been waiting for 6 days. It is not a significant amount of money. I called player support and they did not help. I was told that there is a backlog. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that I had to email the supervisor. Emailed the supervisor and got no response. Still waiting on for payment.

Kept getting booted out of game due to boundary issue and I live in heart of NJ. Also, got error saying account was suspended and then was able to log back in immediately. Understand the bad ratings on this site , must be due to customer service. It was quite good in the beginning. It let you get some of your money back, not winning much of course.....it is a casino after all...lol...so it was fun. I can deal with the fact that TropicanaCasinoNJ is not the most intuitive app in the world. But good luck getting any money out of Caesars. I made a couple deposits which they took immediately. Now that I won and want to withdraw money to my bank account, first they say it could take up to 10 days. Now 8 days later I get a notice that they want copies of my bank statement and my credit card to “verify” before they are going to send me my money. What could they possibly need a copy of my bank statement for? Hopefully one of these weeks I’ll get my money back. Then I’m done with this ripoff.

This site sends out a lot of bonus offers in your email, but its biggest weakness is they don’t process withdrawals promptly. They also have a “reverse withdrawal” feature that encourages problem gambling. It’s crazy that DraftKings and Fanduel can automatically send you your payouts to PayPal in a matter of minutes to perhaps no more than one day from your request, and that is never possible here.

Received a deposit bonus in the mail. Deposit $2,021 and they’ll double it for free. Asked an employee in the chat the play through requirement. He told me that he didn’t have that info and he’ll have a supervisor send an email. Naturally I being playing and lose money and I see the progress bar didn’t even move after betting $2k. I reached out to them again and this time he told me I need to play $100,000 in roulette to withdraw anything. Yes. One hundred thousand dollars in roulette. That is not a typo. Caesar’s Casino newly updated website is horrible. They have removed all of the games I played and did not notify anyone of the update prior. I made a deposit to get bonus funds and the update took place almost immediately after my deposit. I have not used any of my deposit or the promotional funds and am having trouble withdrawing my $200. I do not want to waste my $ playing on your website since you have removed all my favorites. You take my money with no mention of this major update?? Pretty bad scamming your customers like that. I have emailed Caesar’s about my $200 deposit that I want returned. If I don’t get a response, I will take this further.

Better chance to win mega millions than to win one penny on this site. The worst site I’ve ever played on and it crashes continuously. I get that it’s gambling and you win and lose but my experience with this site is payouts of less than 10% of the time, if not less. It’s an absolute robbery. Go to Golden Nugget or Sugar House where they actually give you somewhat of a chance and it’s much fairer play than this site will ever give you. Disgusting.
Update- tried one last time and again not only robbery but continued to crash non stop. Seems like all these bad reviews have ruffled some feathers over there and the fix is in. Percentage payout this last time was less than 15% on over hundreds of spins- players beware!

I played for a lot $$$ and soon realised there are major issues with not only TropicanaCasinoNJ and slots but customer service.
So in many occasions I have been disconnected while chasing a bonus I am thrown away TropicanaCasinoNJ and then when I get back the pot is empty. (Happened at least 5 times with dancing drums 3 times and then 2 fifth fortune) also once with the donut slots.
Anyway the first times I though I was crazy then I start taking screenshots, when I was near the bonus and the pot was full I was disconnected saying there was an error on their end got back in bonus missed. I have contacted it them for both times I had photos customer service it’s been a while and although they opened a ticket I haven’t received any explanation or resolution. Keep in mind I spend at least 500$ to reach the pit full point.

Also like many have mentioned when you withdraw actual winnings 500+ they take forever to withdraw them leaving them there inevitably to be played if you withdraw small amounts you have them next day..

I used to love TropicanaCasinoNJ but there have been way too many glitches and most to the games don’t even load. I have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling TropicanaCasinoNJ as well as updated my software but still no success with a good number of games not loading. Also there are not enough selections of games. The games are too old. Other online casinos have more selection of games and less technical issues. I only play on Caesar’s app because of the benefits of earning tier credits playing online as opposed to going to the Casino, which is how I earned Diamond Plus. Lastly the winning odds have decreased since they have changed TropicanaCasinoNJ format and seem to be more focused on sports betting. Today was my last day betting on Caesar’s.

Caesar's is absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a sportsbook in my life. They get me to sign up offering a $300 deposit match, but when I make the initial deposit, there's no match.

So I reach out to them and they say I need to make a bet first then they will match it. I make the full bet then they credit my account as a free bet, not a match. So then I need to make another deposit. By this time, I've missed all kickoffs so I wait until next week. I log back in next week and the free bet is gone.

TropicanaCasinoNJ is like a store brand product. No style, no excitement, no fun bonus plays. I only use TropicanaCasinoNJ because it’s hooked to my caesars rewards, but if it wasn’t I wouldn’t even touch TropicanaCasinoNJ. You would think on how big this company is they’d made a better Sportsbook but they don’t. Hopefully one day they catch up to Fanduel. For new players I’d recommend playing only if you’re a rewards member.

Another issue is getting your withdrawal. I have waited up to 7 days for my withdrawal to be sent to me. Other casinos take a day and a couple casinos you receive your money within an hour, an hour people.

It takes 2 weeks to withdraw from them, but they take your money in seconds. Other sportsbook take a day or two to withdraw from them. Do not get conned with the big bonus match that they offer, because you need to lose your money and play 10 x the amount of bonus before you can cash out. Stay away!
