I use multiple sleep tracking apps, all of which sync with Apple Health. I installed this app, allowed access to my other data, yet it insists my bedtime should be 4 AM. The routines it prescribes run such wildly inaccurate times, and none of it makes sense. There are no settings to correct these times, as apparently it makes its own calculations. It has a reasonable sleep goal (6.5 hrs), knows when I want to wake up (around 7), but still suggests 4 AM bedtime.
There are much better and more reliable tracking tools out there that give ACCURATE information, so I’d hard pass on this one.

Telling me to have dinner at 4:40 AM and telling me to go to bed at 10:30 AM and sleep for 21 hours.
I know that I’m behind in my sleep, but dinner time and time to go to bed are way off.
This could be a bug caused due to me being behind sleep.
But, as it stands, it is useless for me.
Maybe other don’t have any sleep problems ans they aren’t behind in their sleep.
I use AutoSleep and it imported close to 800 days of data.
I also do go to bed rather late, around 1:30 AM.
I guess my late bedtimes and problems sleeping and naps are throwing it’s algorithms way off.
