Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PetPage app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PetPage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PetPage app on iPhone
Update PetPage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PetPage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PetPage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PetPage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix PetPage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PetPage app issues:

Force Stop the PetPage App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PetPage app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PetPage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PetPage App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PetPage app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PetPage.

Fix PetPage unable to contact server/ PetPage internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PetPage » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PetPage » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PetPage on android.
