Dear Ezviz! I have an Iphone 12. After install IOS 17.4.1 the ezviz app v6.3.0.2056823 did not work. When I click the app it's start and about 1 second it stop and exit the app. When camera see anything the push message comes, but I can't see it, because the app not start.
App itself not opening at all
the app won't start, looks like it crashes on startup. looks like it is going to start, shows splash screen, then shuts down. had it installed for 3 years, worked fine, all of a sudden won't start. restarted phone, tried latest app version, but no help. iphone 5s, ios 17.4.1.
EZVIZ app keeps on freezing I have uninstalled the app reinstalled the app and problem is persistent
On my app on my phone, when I scroll down ( have 4 outside cameras) and return to the top, the first camera has paused. I have re-arranged the cameras and the top one always pauses when scrolling down and back to the top. Have re-installed the app.
Hi, I use 3 EZVIZ cameras at different locations. From time to time it has happened application stop working and smartphone does not response , nevetheless it is iphone or samsung. Proble with running computer program with 3 cameras many time shows error message of proble with streaming when I change view of the camera. Jaro
My cameras are on the same network as im viewing them yet the app keeps closing down, its not every 5 mins sometimes its right away, how can i stop this? they was working fine till a few days ago

23.03.2023 (09:17 p.m.) two EZVIZ cameras were suddenly disconnected from the local Wi-Fi network (the cameras are located in two different places, in two different cities, approx. 130 km apart, each camera is connected to a different Wi-Fi network, the networks have a different provider), while at approximately the same time (+/- 1 minute) they were reset and data on the original wifi settings (SSID, password) was lost. The control led light flashes blue, the camera is unable to connect back to the original wifi network.
We have 2 cameras that had been working well, now however, the app allows for only a couple of minutes viewing then an error message comes up (error 260024) and no further connection is possible that day. The following day the same thing happens, something that has occured for the past week. Any idea what is happening? We are travelling so using different WiFis, could that be an issue? 4G, 5G networks? Also the Cloudstorage has expired but we don't record so that wasnt an issue till now. Help!
RE: #431465#RE. still having trouble pulling up cameras on my monitor. Every time electricity goes off, I lose my cameras. The NVR is working as I hear it running. I have turned the NVR off unplugged the Ethernet. then started up again. Can I call someone out? I will pay for the charges.
Every time my electricity goes off and my standby generator goes on, I lose my cameras from my ezviz. I am totally disgusted with this HD NVR. I have tried everything I can to reset but to no avail. serial number is 650940378, CS-X4-1080.
