I am not able to scroll and pick the workout I want to do The screen keeps “bouncing back” This happens when scrolling from left to right and from top to bottom

Hi, I've been trying to launch any of the new programs in the SWEAT app. It tells me my internet connection isn't working so I am unable to open the program. My internet signal is strong and I am able to access my current program and anything else on the app (which also requires internet). Please advise! Thank you!
