I absolutely love the new this app app. It makes it so easy to keep track of when my pet has vaccinations coming due and when her next appointment is. I can also keep track of her prescriptions and easily refill them. PetPage allows for a lot more personalization than the old app, which I love. Definitely a resourceful tool for pet owners.

PetPage is so convenient and clean looking when needing to get anything taken care of regarding my pup. I am able to open PetPage and the information needed is on hand readily available. Quick! Clean! And very user friendly!

I can see all of my pets appointments and reminders all in one place. Loving the push notifications that remind me to give my pup his meds. Thank you this app!!

App freezes when I try to login using the password memory feature - have to manually enter in the password. Not compatible with iPhone’s “dark” display feature. Won’t let me enter my phone number into my information - I can’t even click on it to type anything.

Great app. I’m an introvert and PetPage helps me communicate with my vet without having to pick up the phone.

Amateurish

I actually like PetPage. It is laid out very nicely and I only have one dog, but PetPage would make keeping track of multiple pets very easily. There's just one thing that annoys me and it could be a setting that I have not found yet, but I keep getting notifications to give my dog her flea/heartworm medicine WAY before it's time. I have it set to the 22nd of each month. I just got a notification a few moments ago to give my pet her medicine on Sept 22nd.

App seems okay unfortunately from my vet’s website I got the impression that would contain my pets medical records. It only contains prescription information.

Need to add the current shot record to the card. It lists the coming up vaccine dates but doesn’t list the shots that have already been given.

Nothing is completed on any my animals! I have no way of knowing who is due for what and when! There information is incorrect! Who invented this needs to be fired!

This is a good app however it would be great if when you select prescriptions you can actually see what the prescription is! The way it is assumed everyone knows. What if my vet ordered the wrong med? Well I can’t see it on here. That’s not good.
Also why can’t the developer have a link to download data?

I had several prescriptions with one of the DVMs I take my dog to. They have all disappeared. Seems like PetPage was rolled out before it was ready

I’ve re-downloaded PetPage to see that could fix the issue and it did not work. The “request an appointment” section won’t show up

When is the section on PetPage to see vaccination history. There should be a clearly marked section for this.

At a bare minimum, it’s a vet app. Just clunky and not aesthetically pleasing. Our vet office had another app prior and I’m comparing this one to that.

It shows everything. Which I enjoy and if I need to remind myself what need to be done I just go to pet page.

I was so excited to know that we had a patient portal for our pets like we have for the hospital for us. Unfortunately, now that I have had an opportunity to look at it, it does not provide test results or reports. I was so looking forward to having the information to review before I discussed the particular tests with my vet. The information may be good for some people, but I have all of that information on my iPad that PetPage provides.

If I download and reinstall, it will let me log in. It takes me to a page with my dog and her meds listed under the name “Rover” (her name is not rover.) Nothing on the page responds to input.
Eventually I will kill PetPage and open it again. This gives me a blue splash screen with PetPage logo. Pretty, but unchanging. I can kill PetPage or reboot, but I only get the eternal splash screen. After some number of tries, I will delete and reinstall PetPage …

I love PetPage. It makes keeping track of all my pets information, requesting medication refills, and appointment requests so easy!

Far too many pop up navigation ads that you cannot disable. Every screen and every section bombards you with forced navigation info.

That alone makes me want to delete PetPage .

I love having an app for my dogs vet but it would be nice if I could actually schedule appointments in app because there is no option 😑

I’m very happy to have access to my dogs medical records and appointments.
And I Love Brunswick Animal Hospital! The doctors and staff are top rated and they ALL love your animals.❤️❤️❤️

I actually got some help after much effort
I should have been given the option to add vets not have to begged to have them removed
That removal function on your app didn’t work

I like PetPage , I just wish I could request prescription refills through PetPage .

App does not actually allow you to request appointments. Despite the tutorial popping up everytime I log in, the request appointment feature does not work on my app. They also ask me to refill my dogs medications, despite the fact that he has none currently. PetPage listed anesthesia drugs as current medications and asks me to refill.

Just downloaded PetPage. Got the email to verify my account. I clicked on the agreement then it freezes up and I can’t go pass this or even get out of it. I rebooted my iPhone, logged in, checked the box again on the agreement and it froze up again.
I can’t even use PetPage!!!!

I’ve been trying to log in the last couple days but it keeps saying there’s no email and doesn’t even find the vet when searching. Not sure what happened but it doesn’t even let you log in anymore. Cause it can’t find you
