Every time I open the app it says unable to load your data. Please contact our help center for additional assistance. I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again and this doesn't help. What do I do to get this to load?

I am having problems logging into my account. I have the app on my phone and have been using it for months. I log in with my email and phone number. I get the text with the code and when I enter the code it tells me it failed that there is an account already linked to this email. I am sending this message via laptop. Hello. I have been using Klover for a while and at first I had no problems. Lately nothing updates. I have updated the app in the App Store but when I go to do the bonus points like watching ads and doing surveys. It does not log them and my advance amount keeps changing. One minute it will tell me I am approved for 80$ and then two minutes later it drops to 40$. When I watch an ad I do not get the points. When I add a receipt I get error messages telling me they are unable to refresh my data snd I have to contact support. However when I contact support I get no response. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still does not work. Also when I scan receipts it tells me it appears it is not off my primary account. I only have one account I use so it is always from my primary account. I am not sure how to fix all these problems but it is very frustrating.

Hello. Each time i try to log on the Klover app, it tells me my password is incorrect. Maybe i entered it wrong, so i request forgot password and try to make a new one. And every time it will not allow me to click the button to save that new password. Please help
