Disappointed

I was so excited to know that we had a patient portal for our pets like we have for the hospital for us. Unfortunately, now that I have had an opportunity to look at it, it does not provide test results or reports. I was so looking forward to having the information to review before I discussed the particular tests with my vet. The information may be good for some people, but I have all of that information on my iPad that this app provides.
Does not load - Eternal splash screen

If I download and reinstall, it will let me log in. It takes me to a page with my dog and her meds listed under the name “Rover” (her name is not rover.) Nothing on the page responds to input.
Eventually I will kill the app and open it again. This gives me a blue splash screen with the app logo. Pretty, but unchanging. I can kill the app or reboot, but I only get the eternal splash screen. After some number of tries, I will delete and reinstall the app…

Nothing is completed on any my animals! I have no way of knowing who is due for what and when! There information is incorrect! Who invented this needs to be fired!
