Get Press Reader through my library. Since yesterday, I cannot log on (normally automatic) library card number and pin are correct, but not accepted.
I print out the Crossword on my newspapers webpage (Chronicle Herald, Halifax NS) using the selection buttons. I ALWAYS get a page 2, which is blank, when I print. The workaround is to tell the print dialogue to only print the "odd pages" which is page one. Curiously the printer dialogue says there is only one page, but there is a scroll bar that shows the blank one. I do NOT have this problem with MS Edge! Only Chrome, on a Windows 11 desk top computer. I tried to work with the Herald IT guys but they cannot reproduce the problem! It's not a big deal, but I'm curious about the issue and would like to fix it. Meanwhile I can use the workaround in Chrome or print from Edge. What do you think?
App not downloading newspapers, Have signed out and in also deleted app and reinstalled Using latest version of app on iPad with latest update. Thanks
Guardian (UK) has not been updating the last couple of days. It is stuck on 21 December.
Globe and Mail Ontario Edition Sat Nov 19 keeps crashing. Other pubs working fine. What's up with that?
Each day I read both the Globe and Mail and Telegram. Today, for both publications I get "502 BAD GATEWAY". How do I solve it?
Cannot use the app all day today
Can upload anything today, have deleted the App and switched off iPad and switched on and re-installed the app but still nothing. When I try to sign in there is an error code "expected status code" (200-299), got 500??? Please help! Thanks
