At log in it crashes. Never loads. No error messages. Nothing. I have uninstalled app. Restarted iPhone 12. iOS is up to date. Please help.

The MyFitnessPal app has been clunky and glitchy for a few weeks now, but would still work if I got out of the app and started over. Today it will not open at all. I just get the little circle going around and around.It says updating, then loading, but it never does load and open. So very frustrating!

Since Nov 11 I have not been able to use the calorie counter, I got an application error when I tried to log in. On Nov 14 I was able to log one meal before it kicked me out and locked me out with the application error message. today it has let me log Breakfast and I got to click on add food for lunch before I again got the application error and not able to enter again. This is very frustrating especially since I record my husband's calories or the same computer and same program with no issues. Please get it fixed soon.

My Fitness Pal won't let me log in. I have tried uninstalling and changing password. I had it up a couple days ago but it wasn;t letting me save a log anything. I get a Login Failed message saying it can't connect to my server. This has never been a problem before. I would appreciate any trouble shooting advice you could offer.
