I have a problem with DS cloud

User reports:
No current problems

- Cannot use native iOS annotation for synced images and PDFs

- Initial synchronization process cannot be properly resumed

- Cannot share files with other applications

- Inconvenient to change password as it requires unlinking and redoing setup

- App crashes frequently, especially on devices with Face ID

- All files need to sync to view, making the app pointless for some users

- App has not been updated in three years, causing version mismatches and compatibility issues.

To resolve DS cloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the DS cloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » DS cloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear DS cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DS cloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DS cloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DS cloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DS cloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DS cloud
