Out the blue my Verizon cloud app asked me to Log In. Never have I had to do this before. I can log into our account just fine but when I enter the same info into cloud sign in and answer the security question, it just takes me back to sign in page over and over. I updated the app with no luck. Really frustrated because I have a lot photos saved.
I cannot access all of my music on the verizon cloud app.
On my Google Pixel 6 phone, Verizon Cloud continually asks me to re-authenticate to the app, but my attempts to do that have been unsuccessful. I have confirmed the username and password and secret question by logging in to Cloud on my PC, and I have even reset my password and secret question, restarted my phone, and still no luck authenticating on my phone. Attempts to re-install the app on my phone have encountered some issues, not sure what's going on there.
