I can not even sign in to kp.org sign in I get a gray screen flashing icon and never advance from there. Have had this problem for a couple of months now. Frustrating to say the least
I can sign-in but "Notifications" does not work ! I has not worked for at least 6 months. Other areas have not worked off and on. Not a good website. Not logical and difficult to navigate. Changes too often in an attemp to improve it but does not reach the goal. Someone needs to overhaul completely and make it simple.
I cannot respond to a Kaiser email message via iPhone (can respond via computer). Tried signing in and all it does is give me a refresh circle and flashes a grey screen until finally settles on "Sign In" window. "Sign In" window has four buttons ("Register", "Find a Doctor", etc.) which do not respond to selection. Clicking on"Sign In"just leads to repeat of refreshing circle and flashing grey screen. Have deleted and reinstalled iPhone app several times, and have powered down iPhone and restarted...no improvement. . Tried signing in and all it does is give me a refresh circle and flashes a grey screen. I can see the login page every couple seconds and have tried to click something to get out but nothing is working. Can’t sign in on app. I try to log in and the screen just keeps flashing
I recently signed up for two-factor I.D. for signing into my Kaiser online account. Since that time, a period of two or three months, I have only been able to log in successfully twice. When I get the passcode from Kaiser and input it, I get the message that Kaiser is having difficulties and I should try back later. My husband has the same problem with his account. We are elderly and need to order our prescriptions. I am at my wits' end. I pay for this service. I cannot believe you would let this issue continue over a period of months without addressing it. I cannot discontinue using two-factor I.D. if I cannot sign into my account.

After using Kaiser online for over 40 years I now have problems making appointments. On your new website format the reason list does not drop down therefore I can't make any appointments. I still manage to access my doctor's messages though. As a heart patient I order all my meds by mail so it's important to get this new issue fixed asap. Thank you, Maryvonne Martin
I don't have problems accessing the Kaiser website. I mainly use it to order prescription refills. The problem is the site layout is always changing. Not very user friendly. With giant smiling people pictures, I feel Kaiser needs to be assured and appreciated. OK fine. A web designer should be a Kaiser member. An older person for sure. The design should be logical. All services should always be on top of page and never move. Being logical. If a person starts at the top he/she should end at the bottom. Bottom line, one should not think "I wonder where my needs are going to found this time?"
Get message that the app cannot access Washington area. This has been going on for several weeks. I can login but then only parts of the app work sometimes. Surely someone in your tech team knows how to fix this !!

Issue logging onto KP Mobile app on new iPhone from home with WI-FI turned on: Using KP Mobile app on new iPhone (worked on old iPhone which recently broke - all settings were set up via iCloud backup so I should have had all the same settings as old iPhone), immediately after attempting to login, I get the message: "Session Expired, The page you are trying to access is no longer available." I have turned off "Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions In Settings/Safari, I have Prevent Cross-Site Tracking turned OFF Block All Cookies turned OFF Cleared History and Website Data Advanced/Javascript turned ON Not sure what other setting is preventing me to logon to the mobile app.
Kaiser made an medical appt. for me, for an unknown reason, with an unknown Dr., did not advise me until the day before the appt. The first notice that I received looked like scam. I did not respond. The morning of the appt, I got another message telling me that I had an appt. for the afternoon. It was news to me. Kaisers app seems to have some problems!
App is not working. Indicating PERMISSION ERROR, when attempting to view Medical Records, Access Appointments, Communicate with Kaiser. You are prompted to call a number at Kaiser for assistance. They are not IT folks, know NOTHING, offer to "reset account" which doesn't help, and then offer to "put in a ticket" to resolve the issue at "some time in the future". Kaiser apparently has no dedicated real time staff to deal with these issues. I suggest filing a complaint with (if in California) the Department of Managed Care.
Hey Kaiser app is locked up I cannot enter it it seems to be running but it won't open. Can you help me. I even tried shutting my phone off but that doesn't work either. Thank you very much Pete Tynan
Anytime I try to use any feature it says that the feature is temporarily unavailable and HS for the last year. I cannot view any test results at all.
