Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible

It’s 2022 everyone and everything has an app , most work and SHOULD work pretty well, even apps that aren’t an absolute necessity in business like real estate. Well, here you have it, a software that’s pretty vital in real estate transactions, but is worthless . Non stop crashing no matter what you’re doing. Only time it’s ok is on a desktop so make sure you have your laptop with you at all times otherwise you are screwed .

Unusable

Crashes every time I try to set up a document for signature with Digital Ink. I’ve tried multiple devices, deleting zipForm and reinstalling, closing all apps, restarting the phone, etc. I have an iPhone 13 Pro, so it’s not an issue with the device being too old. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Crashes

zipForm is an added expense to the program. This year, zipForm stopped sending the email for signature. I called customer support and his solution was that I open the program in the web browser. When attempting to upload a document, zipForm closes completely.

By

Glitchy, crashes, unresponsive

I need this to work for my business and it is more of a hassle than it is helpful. Lone wolf please update zipForm and fix the glitches so we can use it the way you say we can. Our office pays for this and Al we are unable to work with it to its full potential.

Crashes when I load a document

Every time I try to load a doc signed by one party, to send to the other party for signature, zipForm crashes.
EVERY time. zipForm isn’t worth much if you can’t use it to send docs for signature.

By

App doesn’t send foe signatures

App won’t send docs for signature. Every time I choose docs to send for signature it shows as pending but doesn’t actually actually give me a chance to review signature placements.

Works well

zipForm is easy to use.

Login glitch

The drop down menu to login allows to use Canadian REALTORs Association, but not US.

Using iPhone 14, newest OS

Going to website on mobile device will not allow login either.

By

Never works right

Cannot get pass the signing page. Never works.

By

DocuSign integration no longer working via app

Could we fix the DocuSign issue please? What is going on?

By

Literally doesn’t work

Absolute waste of money. Nothing works.

Garbage

Waste of time

Need a separate subscription? Wut? Lolz

Since when do software companies charge extra for a separate subscription to the mobile version of the software you already pay for? Coming from a company who’s UX/UI is trash (yes, your new design still looks like circa 2003 Microsoft Windows) compared to the competitors (Dotloop and Skyslope), and who’s probably clawing at relevancy—let alone any feasible position in future real estate tech—you would THINK they would AT LEAST meet the gold standard of use/convenience. It’s like a Prius charging a separate subscription fee to charge the car because Tesla is stealing market share and simply outdoing them on everything. Oh and saying “you cannot download our files and put them in our competitors programs” is the most petty, unrealistic, and weak thing I’ve ever seen from a software company in my professional life. These are unforced L’s. And whoever is making these decisions should be terminated effectively yesterday.

Just need to rant

EDIT: It is 5 in the morning and I have spent the last hour trying to send a simple contract to someone in another country and they aren't receiving it. What a joke!

Original:Ok, so I just spent a half hour trying to find a simple docusign option in winforms6 after spending a crapload time trying to figure out simple ink. It's like all the software developers that Apple and Google didn't hire, our association decided to hire them. For the record, zipForm is decent. I think most ppl who left bad reviews just forgot to pay the $13 annual fee (unless you join Beverly Hills association and two others who'll cover it). but in this day and age when truly revolutionary companies have spoiled us with smooth workflows that even children can understand, archaic, unintuitive apps and websites are just a waste of time. It was because of this experience I decided to even purchase docusign as I'd rather fork out some extra cash for convenience and peace of mind instead of having a crappy software

Waste of Time and Money

I have been a huge supporter of zip forms above instanet on a computer platform. However. I signed up two years ago for the mobile app paid $10 and it didn't work. Tried again this year paying the monthly subscription. Tried it out at home. Played with it, thought I had it wired.
Then - the two times I tried to do an AVID in the field on my iPad, i did the whole thing then pressed save, and went to sign it. The whole thing was gone. Simlar experiences with other forms. This is a waste of money. More importantly it wasted my time which has earned it this one star rating.
I am computer literate compared to many. If this does not work for me, it will not work for you. Don't use until they update and get it right. In an increasingly mobile world, I am guessing someone else will get there first.

So here is the thing…

Love it and 20% hate it… that inability to easily upload a document is an “ugh” moment, specially when you’re paying for it, it hurts the wallet a little too 😢 i have yet to try the emailing the doc to the transaction specific email so it may be a solution to this, not a convenient one, but a temporary one i hope 🤞 it is also a little slow 👵

To the good things of zipForm, it’s everything you love about ziplogix, i could have transactionDesk for free, but i pay for this one because I believe it to be a better, more secure and enhancing the experience to my buyers. I’m all about the look and style of things and obviously easy to use. Could use a bit of a refresh on the UI but i love my Ziplform Plus baby

Pretty Awful/Time Waster

Like most apps for realtors, zipForm is pretty useless. It would be so nice if it was fully functional, but it's not. It's clunky and hard to navigate. Once you open a form it is sooooo tiny I personally can't read any of the words. It's really hard to fill out when you know the form (without having to read it) because it's hard to know that you put the correct date, words, etc. when you can't actually see them. My eyesight is poor, but it doesn't stop me from using other, better apps, daily. It's just disappointing that there seem to be plenty of useless apps that work flawlessly. It would be nice if an app like this app mobile, that has the potential to transform the way the real estate industry does business, actually worked.

Starless

There is nothing about zipForm that has made me think it was worth the fee that I paid to purchase it. Now I’m wondering if they are trying to charge me to use it again since it has been a while like over 2 years. I tried to log-in but it gives me a message that a valid and current subscription is required to use this on a mobile device. It never offered a way to see if its current or offered a place for me to pay...again. Thank goodness I was able to access a computer to get done what I needed doing. zipForm receives no stars from me except the one to send as it’s useless. It’s simply not there for the agent when they need it.

It needs a major update!

It’s been for a while that zipForm has been updated. It’s not fully updated for the new ipad pro 11. Another thing that you are not able to do is to save your PDF documents into your device. It doesn’t give the option where to save it, its says that it been save but there, but it goes no where and there after you just get stuck and you have to close zipForm and reopen again. Overall zipForm is good but it could be greater by keeping up to date and make sure it does what is supposed to do. I have made several calls to the CAR to see when will the next update will come and they had last summer, now we are in the new 2019 year.

Someday this will be a very helpful tool but not yet

I like the promise of zipForm but it's still crippled compared to the online java version for PCs. There's no way to clone/duplicate transactions or create templates, only apply them. You can't edit the name of a transaction once it's been started. When you email docs, they are sent as individual files without an option to send as a single file like the PC version. Lots limitations such as these keep it from being the agents tool that it could be. It'll get there, I'm sure. I hope sooner rather than later.

Absolutely Miserable App

I’m upset I got suckered into paying for this subscription.

To all my fellow Realtors attempting to run your business with an iPad, I feel your pain trying to use zipForm. There is no way to save your signed document to your device. You know, the feature that EVERY OTHER APP on your device includes? zipForm is consistently clunky. The auto-reply email sent back to the agent after the client e-signs doesn’t even include the signatures. There is seriously no way to obtain a copy of the signed document without screenshooting the signed document or switching to a desktop or laptop.

Realtors pay thousands of dollars every year to keep an active license and membership with their boards. It is truly SAD that this is a prime example of what services we are afforded as a members of our board.

If I could give it zero stars, i absolutely would. this app and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves considering it is 2019 and this is the current state of their app.

It’s frustratingly difficult to combine six or more .pdfs...

I tried to combine multiple .pdfs within a transaction, there were 10 .pdfs in total, but I had a terrible time... I couldn't easily scroll up and down the list of .pdfs; only 5 of the 10 .pdfs were visible within the frame. I would inadvertently grab an individual .pdf and move it up or down the list of .pdfs instead of scrolling through the individual .pdfs. Help!

Forget working from the iPad.

Downloaded to re send a contract that the buyer is not able to open and sign only to find it can't be opened without a subscription which requires me to login from a desktop. If I had the laptop/desktop I wouldn't need zipForm . Couldn't even login from chrome or safari on the iPad because it redirects to zipForm . Complete waste of time and is now the cause of an additional delay. Please make this work on my iPad's browsers so I don't have to deal with this waste of a download!

Useless App

zipForm would be great if it worked on my iPad Plus or even Samsung phone. It keeps telling me I have to pay for a subscription to the mobile app. I finally gave in, and it wouldn’t even accept my payment without taking me to another website that claims to be a trusted app that's needed. So Very Frustrated. Would to go on vacation without lugging my laptop. What the benefit of zipForm if it doesn’t work on mobile devices.

Needs updating!

These are legal documents that are regularly used to sign important documents, so this program is not up to date with the needs of a business professional. zipForm is so slow and hard to work. If I’m out of town or trying to submit an offer on the field, I do not rely on zipForm. Please do something to help us out. zipForm is not efficient at all.

Just like the mobile site. WON’T LOAD!!

So frustrating. Trying to sign a purchase contract from my iPhone X. The mobile site just showed the loading bar forever, so I thought maybe zipForm would work. No luck. My phone won’t even download zipForm . I’ve never had trouble with DocuSign however.

Charged for a mobile version. Not iPad friendly

Can’t count the number of times this thing has locked up on me.
Now trying to add a property Disclosure form, it’s not even the same type form as the previous transaction.
Do better!

By

Creates more time instead of saving

For an app that suppose to save agents time it does the complete opposite. I only use it to briefly preview contracts and just this simple task it freezes up to the point I need to erase and download it again. It’s been 4 times already. Back to the PC I go

By

Can’t see Checklists, buggy

While this is certainly better than nothing it lacks a lot of functionality. You can select the option to see the tasks/checklist and... nothing displays. How long until this is addressed?

By

This zip form is not friendly enough

I waste so much time - just to get in!
They need to improve—

Doesn’t work!

Since I travel a lot I got a new IPad because I was told I could use Zipforms on it. Now I don’t have a laptop and an IPad that can’t be used for Zipforms. I wonder how the few reviewers that say it works have made it work?
