Allegiant App errors. I cannot log in says "A problem occurred while logging in" and then "Not Found

I get all the way to the end of booking my flight and when I push Purchase my ticket and it doesnt bk

When trying to book a flight I keep getting the error message saying unable to load airports

Booking flights. After selecting departure and return seats I press continue and app crashes.

The Allegiant app on a Samsung phone cuts off the bottom of the qr code making it impossible o use.

I reset my account password on pc, which allowed me to get into my account but when I use the app on iPhone XR to log into my account, the app doesn’t recognize the password or email address.

App will not open. Tried uninstall. Could not install. Was taking 3 hours to install. Went to customer service on Facebook. Customer service message said "You can't make an app access. To be able to successfully use the app, we shall need to review your essentials so that system grants you access." What are they talking about? Since when do you need permission to open an app?

Boarding passes don’t load on iPhone.

Trying to manage my travel. It will not allow me to look into a seat change. It’s been that way for five days and to try and call you is impossible.

The mobile app never allows me to checkin on my phone. And, when I check in on a computer, the website does not display "Print boarding passes." Instead, it prompts me to checkin again and again and again.

I have spent over two hours not to mention being on hold for Customer Care. Your website has issues. When I have done everything correctly it will not accept PURCHASE TRIP. It bounces up and doesn't accept. I first tried in Microsoft Edge. Then moved to Google Chrome. Nothing works. My credit cards are all relevant. Please fix. I also have a membership.

Your app does NOT support the " ' " in my name. Example O'Mara. My reservations are in my name O'Mara but the app can't find my reservations. Do to the " ' " and therefore I cannot use the app. Please fix the APP ASAP as I need to travel again very soon and not having the APP is not an option! Please FIX ASAP. Thanks William O'Mara

Was having issues with the app not letting me do anything so I followed the following instructions and everything is up and running fine. This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix: On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab. Click Allegiant » "Force Stop". Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data". Again, got Allegiant » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage". Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode". Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) Relaunch Allegiant on android.

Time and date overlap the Schedule text when viewing on Manage My Trips. So I cannot read the departure times. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone. This is not an issue on iphones. I would send a screen shot if it would help, but I cannot do that in this forum.

My son, myself, my wife, 5 of my sons friends have tried multiple times to book tickets, everything works fine, but we all get to the payment page and it stalls permanently after entering credit card info and submitting. I have tried different cards, different computers, different times, nothing works. My son has tried from home and work, all of us are having the exact same problem. A couple days ago, everything worked fine.

Allegiant canceled my return flight & gave me 72 hours to rebook, however their app isn’t loading. I resorted to sitting on the phone, but after 6 hours I had to hang up.
