I just set up the app yesterday, so last night and today, I cannot log in to finish online check in. When I try to reset the password no link comes to my email.
On my android phone the hub is showing the wrong countdown. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve checked date an time on my phone, which is correct. I’m stumped. My iPad does show the correct countdown though. Please help. Isobel
Have been on the Celebration all week and paid for the chat feature x2 day 1 so my husband and I could communicate. We both have IPhones. His chat works, mine doesn’t. I get a perpetual error message I have been to guest services about 3 times. Time for a refund. :(
Got off Legend Sunday. When I go on the app the Legend page still appears. I want the countdown to my August cruise to appear.
We paid for the chat feature ($5x3) and the chat feature will not load. Charges have come through on our credit card about 7 hours ago. But the feature will not activate.
The app does not work. It doesn't show a countdown nor my new cruise info for October 29, 2022. It keeps sending me to the website.

ITS STUCK ON OUR LAST CRUISE. I HAVE LOGGED OUT UN AND RE INSTALLED. STILL WILL NOT SHOW NEXT CRUISE. ANY IDEAS WHAT TO DO.

I can't connect to the Hub. I get a message to connect to carnival wifi first, even though I am already connected and in wifi mode
I am trying to enter my booking number which is B6J5H2. The capital J does not work ... it stays as lower case.
Paid for chat. It will not activate even though I got the “chat activated” message. On board now.
I cannot download the app and yet it has been working on my phone for days. Customer service took it off and now I can’t reload it on my phone.
