How to fix BankID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BankID app on iPhone
Update BankID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BankID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BankID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BankID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BankID app issues:

Force Stop the BankID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BankID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BankID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BankID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BankID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BankID.

Fix BankID unable to contact server/ BankID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BankID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BankID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BankID on android.
