I can't get chat to work on iphone or computer. I can't get a voice response (not even computer) when dialing (800)842-8365. Just clicking and then it tells me sorry, you didn't enter the trip information we need. Call back when you have it. I should have a credit from 5 days ago, but it doesn't show up in my account info.
