- Slightly buggy
- No way to block sitters or customers who don't work out
- No way to filter for cats or other small dogs
- No way to ensure that the sitter has training in greeting dogs together
I am having very consistent issues with the Rover app freezing and crashing. It happens mostly when I am trying information. It works for a few minutes and then I have to wait for it to stop rendering, etc.
Unable to get a verification code despite multiple attempts. I want to use your services but can’t get past the first stage on the App or online
I am a sitter. I had an enquiry. I was unable to reach the pet owner directly in the usual way on my app. Instead I went to Rover Support which have be a generic reply. The enquiry addressed to me does not exist on my platform. I reinstalled the app. I asked Rover to investigate the problem. The reply was all jumbled. I couldn’t read it. The clients are currently under the false impression I have not replied. Can a representative please get in touch. I am losing income over this as well as Rover.
