As soon as I open the app I get the message an error has occurred, my trips do not update nor my points, yet when I login to amtraks web site my latest trip is there and points cannot use the app have reinstalled the app as well as clearing the cache
I am attempting to buy tickets using the app. I've selected the journey, I've input the Traveller information but when I click Payment button nothing happens. I had originally attempted to book the same trip online and had a similar issue. I live in Ireland and am trying to book the trip from outside the USA so am unable to contact the phone helpline. Any guidance that you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
Amtrak app on iPhone is just blank page. Help! I can’t access my tickets
when using the app, i can add a trip to the cart and confirm the trip summary, but when i reach the traveler information page it wont let me advance. I have the option to click the "continue" button but nothing happens when I click it. This issue has been ongoing for the past 6 weeks and occurs across multiple phones.
Until recently the Amtrak app worked and my tickets were available on the app. Now, when I open the app it gives me an alert that an error has occurred and the ticket is not being shown.
I do not receive any emails from you for me to verify my account. Trying to book a ticket. I joined under a 2nd email kerlanger12@redacted. I did not get an email to veryify on that email. Your app is not working. My cell 314-971-0508. Sad Karen Erlanger
We made our reservation in July 2022. However, we have not been able to display our reservation online or in the app. It tells us it can't be found. How do we get this fixed?

impossible to unsubscribe, I keep getting commercial e-mails despite my request 2 weeks ago to the customer service to have my account deleted
When attempting to purchase tickets,after completing the second traveller details and pressing the green payment button the colour changes to light green but nothing happens. The page just freezes and you have to cancel the transaction. I am using the app on an android mobile phone. Advice to rectify the problem would be appreciated as I have numerous tickets to purchase. My reservation, made by phone yesterday, is not showing up in the app. Is this just an expected delay do do I need to b do somethimg else to get my boarding passes in the app. Thanks
i cannot search and book a trip the app won't let me.
My first Amtrak trip using the Amtrak App. The app states "!Service has been canceled" in red. However, I can still see my trip information on my computer. Can the app be corrected? I need to use it when I travel.
